Waterfront House sur le lac Conroe en avril Sound sur la marina

Cette maison est notre maison loin de chez nous. Nous avons rĂ©cemment fait plusieurs mises Ă  jour de la maison entiĂšre Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. C'est trĂšs accueillant et confortable. La vue sur le lac est trĂšs relaxante dont l'eau peut ĂȘtre vue des trois cĂŽtĂ©s de la maison. Vous pouvez pĂȘcher, flotter ou nager du quai. Vous pouvez amĂ©nager, balancer et barbecue tout en regardant le lever et le coucher du soleil sur le pont surdimensionnĂ©. Venez profiter de ma maison prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e loin de chez moi.

Large, comfortable house on the water, nicely furnished and perfect for a large family. The 3rd floor "loft" room was a favorite for the younger children to play and watch TV.

Fantastic property with amazing views

This home is so amazing. To start off the Property Manager was such a easy person to deal and communicate with. Check-in was fast and simple. The home is huge and can sleep so many people comfortable. The inside was very comfortable with large solid furniture and beds.... 3 KING beds plus the beds on the 3rd floor. Because the home is on the lake the views off the huge back deck are amazing. Being able to actually access the water on its own dock was a blessing as well. Will be staying here again...

Great location!

We were in town with our grown children to attend a dear family friends wedding at the Lumiere venue less than two miles away. What a beautiful day. The home is stocked with everything one might need! Beds were comfortable and the home was spotless. It has an amazing deck and a great water view. Want to come back!

Lake Conroe

Great stay, only dissatisfied with pool situation. Paid extra money to use pool, pool closed Mondays, then community pool for teens/adults was broke. Would not let 13 year old swim in adult pool with family. He would have to swim in the kiddie pool, 1foot water. Per the community rules/enforcers. Other than great time, swam in the lake, fished off dock. Enjoyed the home.

Came home and tried to rebook!

Not sure I need to say much more other than I got home and tried to rebook the same place. Unfortunately it was not available for the dates we were looking for. The description was 100% spot on and the place was very clean. My only downside is I had to board my Mini Aussie because they don't allow pets. I understand but still it's my only negative!

Our stay was exactly what we needed following our wedding!

We made a vow to come back for our anniversary if we are able! Alison Durkee and her husband are a joy! We had family members come and visit throughout our stay and there was plenty of room! Beds were comfy and every family member expressed that they had a great time! Great vibes and my family is well traveled!! We made friends with the neighbors and not to mention the sunrise was immaculate. The fishing was also just as awesome❀

Very nice and calming place

It is a very calming and relaxing place with all you need at your disposal. The only thing that caught us by surprise was not the normal house or hotel type property rules. Which was not a problem if they listed it at the time of booking so we would be prepared. We had to go to pick up some paper towels to replace half-used paper towels due to the rules. I am not sure if that was due to covid-19 and shortage or general rule. But we loved the place view and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the place. One last thing is the house is lake front but pretty close neighbors.

Great family get away, and is close to marinas for easy boat rental, etc.

Host was hospitable, and accommodating, and very responsive. House was very comfortable, with all the necessities covered. Highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Lake life is better

This property was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and keep a social distance from the rest of the world. Any questions I had, Allison was right there to answer them immediately. The rooms were big and the beds were too comfortable. If I gave all the compliments I felt the need to share, this post would go on forever. This is my second trip to the lake and I’m already planning my next visit. The security and neighbors at April Sounds were so warm and inviting!

Amazing Property

Pictures don’t do it justice. Great downstairs layout. One big open room. Gorgeous master with great views! Everything we needed was at this property. Owner responded to our questions immediately. Deck was great to sit outside and have a glass of wine with plenty of very nice patio furniture to choose from. Will definitely book this house in the future. Can’t believe the great price! Definitely get a lot of bang for your buck here.
