We had a great time walking to the beach and pier and going to rocket launches. The dedicated parking spot was quite helpful.

Great location, fully stocked. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was extremely loud (like a rocket taking off every 20 mins) making it hard to get out quality rest.

Easy to find property as discussed, a few minutes from beach. All attractions easy to get to. Would recommend and stay here again when next in this area

Great family getaway

We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.

Nice property for a short stay.

Property was very clean and great for a couple or a small family. Close to beautiful beach, great for bike riding, and restaurants. Community patios are great for socializing and grilling. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this cozy condo! Just a block from the beach and close to everything we needed — restaurants, shops, you name it. Clean, comfortable, and just the right amount of space to relax. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay again!

This condo unit is in a small condo building just across the street from the beach. It is a very well kept building & grounds, in what seemed to be a very quiet & safe area. The condo has a very nice outdoor area with lounge chairs & tables. Just a really nice,cute place. The condo itself is very nice, clean, well kept and as pictured. They did provide beach chairs, but they are quite worn out, you may want to bring your own.

Clean, great location, friendly area.

My husband and I stayed at the cute condo during our college aged daughter’s spring break softball games. it was perfect for us and we throughly enjoyed it. Would gladly stay there again.

The condo was lovely, a great size and in a nice area of Cape Canaveral, just over the road from Cocoa Beach, with kind and friendly neighbours who made me feel safe on a solo trip. The interior decor was sweet and homely, the kitchen appliances were easy to use and I found everything I needed. There were lots of amenities provided just like at a hotel, nothing I could fault. Communication with the hosts was easy too, they are nice people and were able to help if I needed anything. I would definitely look to stay here again when I come back in future.

Stayed two night before boarding a ship. The location was perfect for Port Canaveral. Property was easy to check in and out of. Spot was clean and exactly as described.
