Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

We enjoyed our stay so much the host was gracious enough to add 2 extra days for us on short notice. The condo is newly renovated & immaculate in a quiet neighborhood, it is 1.3 miles from the beach & adorable downtown.We rented bikes from A1A outdoor bike rental & rode downtown in the evenings.Such a great time & hoping to return next year.

Delightful place close to it all

We were all so comfortable during our stay! The kitchen was amazing, as were the bathrooms (excellent shower) and beds. Great view, too, and got to see the bioluminescence off the dock — enchanting!

Great place

Close to beach, golf, and quiet at night time. Kayaks were great, we had Manatees up close. Will be are go to at Cocoa!

Excellent wildlife viewing

Excellent location to see wildlife. We saw dolphins, manatees and birds. Loved the kayaks. Clean, cute well stocked with extra towels. Washer and dryer were nice to have even for our short stay.

Great Place

Apartment was newly remodeled, very lovely. And the location was perfect for visiting the area from the space Coast to Melbourne. The use of kayaks and paddling with dolphins was so much fun!

Absolutely amazing! Kitchen is fully stocked with gear to cook actual meals. Extremely clean and decorated nicely! The access to kayaks was the selling point for us! We went out daily to see the manatees and dolphins.

Great location

We had an awesome trip. Condo is super clean and has everything you will need. The kayaks were great, my daughter and I used them everyday. We went out at night and experienced the bioluminescence. There were dolphins everywhere and it was so cool how they glowed and came right up to us. Manatees greeted us every morning at the dock and fishing was great. Very quiet location it was so peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Incredible vacation

The property is clean, upgraded, well stocked with great towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen had great pots and pans to cook a home cooked meal. The property manager Matt was friendly and so kind. We left our fishing poles, beach umbrella and toys for the next family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Christmas vacation

We loved everything about this place. So quiet the kayaks were a huge hit .. we seen some manatees and dolphins so many sting rays ... We also went surfing and participated in surfing Santa ... The apartment was clean and comfortable..

Spring Break

We were blown away from the moment we walked in the door. The property was just as pictured, fantastic views, comfortable and the cleanest place we have ever stayed! There was not one thing we would have changed. Every morning you could see dolphins and manatees. Our last morning there, 2 manatees came right up to the dock to say hello. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Property 7 night stay

I would highly recommend this property the photos don’t do it justice. Quiet property, clean and beautiful views even of the rocket launch. Communication with host exceptional . Property manager was friendly and helpful. 10/10 check it out . We can’t wait to stay agian

January Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at 321, Liftoff. Great accommodations: well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, spacious living area, with comfortable seating, and comfortable master suite. Easy access to the Cocoa Beach Country Club, great walking in the neighborhood, and early-morning and sunset kayaking (complete with a dolphin sighting!) were highlights of our vacation. Only suggestion would be to add a few "cozy throws" for winter-time relaxing by the electric fireplace. Overall a wonderful accommodation for a couple or small family.

Great location and lots of fun!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We utilized the kayaks, and at night saw the bioluminescent algae. During the day we spotted manatees. This is a great location to watch a rocket launch as well. Interior of property was as described. Clean and nice! Kitchen had what we needed. The only snag was that we were unable to initially get into the property with the code provided, but that was resolved relatively quickly by management.

Well located "astro" decor condo

This is an excellent condo for a stay for those who can walk up about 15 narrow cement stairs. The cleanliness is exceptional, and many amenities, good beds are highlighted by "astronaut" decor which is weird. Rocket launches may be visible. It is on a waterway where you can kayak but not swim. Distance from beach is over a mile.
