Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026, and the beach access will be closed until February. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

A great view of the beach from the balcony. The condo was very clean and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping areas.

A quick getaway for a few days for the wife and I. A couple things you need to know when you stay here. You will need a hairdryer, you will need extension cords, there are no outlets by beds. The shower takes forever, a new shower head is like 20, but since they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper we know this won’t change. If you hate a bouncy mattress, then you won’t like this place. Also they were supposed to leave a parking pass, we had to go to the office and get it. The girl that works in the office was unpleasant. The other staff on the property was nice though.

Pretty good

The first floor smelled like wet trash. The elevator was very small and one side did not work. There were barely any outlets in the room. The outlets were mostly near the kitchen sink and the lamp by the couch did not have a wall plug in outlet near it. There was only one thin blanket for the bed. The room did not smell pleasant. We bought air fresheners to use while we were there. The bathroom exhaust fan was clogged. There were long black hairs inside the “clean” hand towels. When we arrived the door to the room was not closed completely. AC worked perfectly and unit was decently clean and tidy.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our week at Continental Condos. Outside property maintained well and very clean. Our unit could have had more attention to the floors, but said is inevitable at the beach. Cookware and dishes were very nice- pans weren’t the usual scratched and flaking ones. I brought my own, but didn’t need to unpack it. Only other negative, the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise- a great set up! Thank you!

Very nice stay

First we had no issue checking in or out. Second the room was clean and look just like the pictures listed. Also had a great view on the beaches. We are thinking of dates to go back.

Great location

Rental was fine. I wish I had known there was not a hair dryer and that there were no plugs on the bed wall. Those things were a little inconvenient.

I will stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The view was just as pictured. I enjoy staying at smaller condo rentals. The elevator, pool and beaches are less crowded. The parking wasn’t bad either.
