We loved our stay! Yes there is construction going on but it didn’t bother us at all. We loved being able to just walk every where and having the beach right out our door.

Our host was excellent!We were told there would be some construction, as it turned out there was a full remodel!! Some days it was jack hammers all day long, powerwashers and what ever else that goes with remodeling!!! There was no office. The maintenance man and the GM were both very friendly and helpful. The workerbees where respectful. It's room 108, not the great 108!! Also, we could not use the swimming pool, laundry or bbq.

Location and accessibility to the beach could not have been any better . Perfect room for my family stay and parking and convenience to access our room was perfect able to unload right in front of the room. We plan to stay here again in the future, we will be back.

Excellent location

We would definitely stay here again. Loved how we were a short walk to the beach and we could even walk to pier park to shop and sharkys to eat. Everything was so close to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable Condo

The Great 108 was clean and comfortable. Being on the first floor made it easy and quick to get out on the beach. And it's close to a lot of restaurants. Mark was a pleasure to work with and even allowed us to check in early. Will definitely stay here again.

Me and my girls took my dad and had the best time. The room was absolutely perfect! The location was great, the steps to pool and beach were short! Cant complain about anything!!! Will stay here again!!!

Check in was really easy, representative was quick to respond if we had any questions. Loved being on the first floor, so convenient to either the beach or the pool.

We loved being able to walk out the back door, and within steps, we were on the beach. The parking garage was easy to use and not packed or hard to enter/exit. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I think the room could use a deep cleaning. It’s an older condo, and for its age it’s decent. The appliances are outdated, the Fridge is squeaky, and beside the stove is dirty. But for the price and location, hard to complain. I think if they did a deep clean and updated the appliances and replaced the doors ( doors swelled at bottom from water damage) they could rent it out for a lot more. We had a good time and enjoyed the stay.

This unit is a 'cabana' level unit. Which means there are no steps in or out of this nicely decorated studio condominium. Walk right out to the beach from the patio and enjoy stopping by the on site Tiki Bar as you make your way to the beach. There is also a heated swimming pool for those who may want lounge on the pool deck.
