#215 Polynesian Village RIGHT BY PIER PARK

Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn’t a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase 
 you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

Just stayed here for 6 nights for Ironman Florida. It was perfectly located! Walking distance to everything. Right on the beach. The place was VERY clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing for the price!

Great place to stay but could use a bit of TLC(paint peeling). Smell from cleaning products was overwhelming but i guess it is a good thing(room was well cleaned). I would stay here again.

Needs a little work but overall a good unit and great stay. Not a far walk from the room to the beach. Pool is across the road but still easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Get what you pay for.

Wifi password was not accurate. Needed a minor repair, was told someone was onsite but was not. Pool is not on property, it is across the main street at another building. Floors were grimy. Paint is chipping on walls. Caulk falling out of shower. I will pay more next time but will have what's expected.

Wonderful view

The home owner need to repaint because there are multiple places qithin the apartment that the paint was peeling. Also needs to clean the rug in the living room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again. Loved the view and the location was great as well. We just walked on the beach to Pier Park daily.

Good stay

The property was nice but was somewhat poorly kept. Peeling ceiling and paint. The were ample towels provided as well as some beach toys. Unfortunately there were no wash cloths. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The tv worked well but there were a large number of lights that seemed to be blown or not work. Over all it was a pleasant stay but could certainly stand a little upkeep. All that to say this was the first condo i have EVER stayed in that the floors were IMMACULATELY clean. I mean absolutely perfection. No dirty feet there for sure! utensils. utensils. There werer.

Mixed feelings.

I asked a couple of times if the condo came with anything for the beach (chairs/umbrella) and if anything was in the kitchen. Never got any response so I’m glad we brought our own chairs. The kitchen had a few things but no trash bags, no paper towels or dish soap. I know that might seem silly to be unhappy about, but when it comes standard in many other condos you begin to expect it. The next and biggest issue I have is the fact that there are patches all over the place where paint is peeling off the wall and damage every where you look, living room, bed room, every closet, bathroom..it was never ending when we looked around. There was a jerky wrapper under the bathroom sink and a grey loofah in the nightstand drawer. The tv remote for the living room is broken and doesn’t work. The bathroom had a weird smell but I won’t say it was mold, just very musty and damp smelling. We put Febreze small spaces pods everywhere to help with the smell. The couch had stains all over it and the oven looks like it has never been cleaned. The condo is in a great spot and the beach was fantastic, but unit 215 needs SERIOUS work done. I took several pictures of all the damage just in case. I would consider staying at this condominium again due to the benefits, but I will not stay in 215 again unless improvements are made. It does make me wonder if any other units are in this type of condition or if this was the only one.

Excellent location but not very clean

The location, view and price of this property we're great and that is the only reason I would consider staying again. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness seemed to be very low. The floors were grimey and left your feet black if you walked barefoot The kitchen was pretty dirty as well, there was a dirty rag left in the kitchen sink. Also there were no washcloths or hand towels in the unit for some reason. I suppose you get what you pay for as this unit was priced very cheap compared to others in the area.

Girls trip

The condo was nice fire what it was, but the reason for the 3 star rating is this. There was a musty smell when we checked in, the cleaning crew did a poor job of cleaning. The rug was not vacuumed and there was sand in the floor. The sofa bed was completely worn out did not sleep good at all on it. So that needs to be replaced and the tvs would not connect to Wi-Fi and one of the remotes was broken on top of the tv in the living room did not touch it. But the location was great close to pier park and food and great beaches in front. Would consider staying again.

overall this place was nice. The location was amazing close to pier park which we loved! Right on the beach with amazing views!!! check in was a breeze! the only complaint we have is the condo had a weird smell upon arrival. overall I would defiantly stay again!

Perfect view and location

We’ve stayed at other condos in Polynesian Village several times. We love the view and how private the beach feels at that spot. I enjoyed having the convenience of a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The condo itself felt cluttered, outdated and not as clean as I would expect though.

The listing said "home on the beach", which give the impression that it was a house or single condo. Location was nice but the condo was not clean. I will not return.

Just a simple walk to the beach, our balcony had such a beautiful view and the condo itself was just perfect for two. Will stay again.
