Water's Edge Unit # 409. Enjoy a broad view of the Gulf of Mexico and the shared heated pool from your private, furnished balcony! This freshly remodeled condo features all the comforts of a home away from home. There's a Keurig on hand for your morning coffee, and a Roku Smart TV for a relaxing evening in after a day spent on the sandy shore. Out on that beachfront balcony, you'll enjoy a view of seasonal fireworks at Ft. Walton Pier, weekly during the summer season as well as holidays. Enjoy relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere throughout, with central air conditioning and tile flooring, complete with new throw rugs, ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable. The full kitchen is perfect for whipping up a snack or a meal, and is complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. The main bedroom features a lovely en-suite bathroom with two vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub for guests to enjoy. Younger guests can relax in a built-in bunk bed in their own room. Family games, books and puzzels for all ages are also on hand. But no matter where you decide to sleep, all guests can enjoy access to two shared freshwater pools and a shared fitness room during their stay.

The property is as described and was clean upon our arrival. Renee was very nice and quick to respond when we had questions. The 2 sets of beach chairs is a nice bonus. The bedroom closet does have several other beach items if needed during the stay.

The beach view is incredible and so is the pool. The pool lives up to its billing as the largest on Okaloosa Island. Love the boardwalk with zero stairs! Easy access to the beach from the unit via elevator. Kitchen well stocked and clean, nice updates. Laundry room is nice and serves as extra kitchen space with plenty of pantry type storage. Very nice fluffy towels. Large Master Bedroom and bath. Nice to have a King Bed in the second bedroom. The bunk bed room was nice for us to use to keep our beach things since we didn't need it for a sleeping area. Communication with Renee was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Would recommend new pillows. Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect condo for a perfect beach trip. The owner is amazing - very responsive to texts, and very informative. Condo is decorated very nicely and is very clean! Large capacity washer and dryer which is a plus for large family. Parking at the condo is great- plenty of parking. Appreciate the two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas! Pools at the complex are very large as well. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. We were a party of 7.

We have stayed in this condo before - 2 years ago - and loved it then but the owner did and top-notch renovation before we stayed again this year and it's an even more amazing property now. It's so clean and beautiful and owner is so responsive and really cares about making her renters happy and satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this property. We love everything about this location and especially this unit. We cannot wait to book again next year!

Nicely remodeled property in Fort Walton Beach. Pool was cleaned and maintained daily and beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs was perfect! We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The view of the gulf every morning was perfect and the condo itself had everything we needed. It was a short drive to many restaurants/shops and a few steps to the beach.

We currently live in Arkansas. We have two grown daughters. One lives in Atlanta the other lives in north Arkansas. We are awaiting the arrival of our first grand baby and very excited to be grandparents. We have a dog, Welsh Pembroke Corgi, that is almost three. We have a cat that is 12 and both are the best friends. We spend a lot of time at the lake here in Arkansas. I am recently retired from Blue Cross Blue shield after 32 years of service and loving managing our Condos.Before retirement we had a company managing our properties.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Water's Edge. We love this condominium so much. It feels like home. We started out coming to this property around 2008 I think. My husband fell in love with the enormous pool that is right on the beach. We love to hang out at the beach then go to the pool to swim. All of the people are so very nice. We loved it so much that we wanted to have a piece of paradise and bought our 1 bed/1 bath condo fall of 2020. After attending owners meetings we loved it enough to buy a bigger unit a year later that is waterfront. Great group of neighbors and now we all seem like family.

The best part is this condo is directly on the beach with the pool between you and the ocean. Private beach access and beach service daily seasonally.
