Wonderful home base for our girls trip!

We (myself along with my mom & sisters) loved staying in this charming home! The pictures and description accurately describe the location and features! We chose to stay here as a home base to explore the area and are so happy we found it! As the apartment is on the second story and requires carrying luggage up a steep set of stairs, it isn’t the best for those that have mobility problems, just a heads up. Everyone in our group was fine, but I could see that being a problem if someone didn’t realize the location you were staying in the house! The hosts were quick to respond and always so helpful. The apartment was fully stocked, so we didn’t need a thing! Truly a little gem and perfect for our girls trip’.

Clean, charming location and convenient to visit Salem

We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, coffee/tea station. We did a little bit of cooking and everything we needed was present. We came for Halloween in Salem and this was so convenient and affordable. Only one thing to note: The three bedrooms are connected, so the person in the middle bedroom has to walk through one of the other two bedrooms to get out to the living room or bathroom. It was my daughter and I and a one really close friend with us so it wasn't an issue for us. The host is a great communicator and very helpful with the area and the train station info. The train goes to Salem!! I highly recommend staying here.

Downtown Ipswich

What a lovely rental. A walk to restaurants and shops, quick drive to the shore. Everything in the condo was exceptionally clean, carefully thought out, and updated! Comfortable beds & bedding. Brand new ACs. Updated decor. Management was accommodating and easy to reach. Can hear upstairs neighbors and street traffic but is to be expected.

Apartment appeared to be newly renovated. Very clean, roomy and close to town. Perfect for parents with adult children. Only recommendations- blow dryer and extra dish towels. Really fortunate to have grabbed this rental!
