Shores of Panama #1908 is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This Gulf-front condo offers some amazing views of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony!

This charming condo offers lots of natural light and a bright, open floor plan. The living room offers a relaxing environment with plenty of seating. There are also sleeping arrangements for up to four guests!

Property was under construction but it didn’t affect us and the noise was minimal. Unit was clean and well equipped. We had a great time and would rent here again.

Overall the condo was okay. The showers were hot and the ac worked. The condo could use a good deep cleaning and some updates. The baseboards were filthy. The couch in the living room is outdated and uncomfortable. The bunk bed was a little sketchy for the person sleeping up top, it wouldn’t hurt to replace the frame or tighten it up. Some paint was missing from cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen, which is totally fine, except there was some kind of sticky paper covering up the missing paint and it kept coming off. Not that I wouldn’t suggest this place for others but in being an honest guest, there are some things that could be fixed.

Pictures of Property Misleading

The property needs a major deep cleaning, painting and new furniture. The baseboards in all rooms are covered with dirt, cabinets in Kitchen and bathrooms are peeling, rug in common area dirty and stained. Furniture is living area is dirty and the mattress for the pull out bed is smaller than the frame and very thin.

Beach Vacation

Condo was not clean when we arrived. I swept a dustpan full of sand and hair out of the floor. The condo needs a deep cleaning and needs painted. The furniture looks like it came from a thrift store. We were given 6 towels and 2 washclothes for 5 days and two people. Was a very well stocked kitchen. Beach was so crowded that you have to get there early to get a spot. The people from the big condo across the road come to the same section of beach. Parking deck is a nightmare if you don't have a reserved spot ad this condo does not. Would not rent this condo again.

Condo location was great. No tv entire time we were there. Came to fix, went out as soon as I changed channel. College football weekend. Supposed come fix it and hit water never showed up said tv was working when they left. Did not have hot water the entire time of stay. Said someone was coming did not show back up. I requested a refund of some type 100 bucks or so nothing yet.

Great stay in PCB

The property was very nice and the location is excellent. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and view of the beach was amazing. Communication from the owners and instructions were great. Would definitely recommend.
