Whether you are coming to Parksville to visit family, friends or enjoy the beach and outdoor activities it is known for, this stylish townhome will make you feel at home. Located at Sunrise Ridge resort, this townhome is well equipped for short or longer stays.

Conveniently located close to town and the highly popular Rathtrevor beach, you will not have to drive far to make some memories. You will enjoy all the perks of the resort such as the year round outdoor hot tub, seasonal pool and gym.
Other things to note
As this is a new development there is still construction going on nearby. The resort is doing everything possible to minimize disturbances to guests. I as well as guest in other units have stayed and it was not a problem.

Host for this property was very nice. Good communication. Ease of checkin in & out. Clean new townhouse with all amenities. One thing, wish that check out would be 12-1pm. 10 am was little too early if trying to have a relaxed weekend.

Amazing stay!

The place is great!! It’s close to the beach and the spa so you have great access to everything. Derek was also a wonderful host and gave us good tips on things to check out. I would stay here again!

Great Island Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and new, and the beds were quite comfortable. It was nice to have the option of AC during the summer. Definitely would consider booking again if I visit the Parksville area again.

Perfect stay!

Derek was so responsive and helpful. The townhouse was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and we were so grateful there were no loud parties around!

Great brand new condo with all the amenities needed. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels are provided. Extra blankets and pillows are provided along with shampoo etc. Nice warm pool and the grounds are well maintained. Beach access leads to rocky area when the tide is out otherwise use the pathways for neighbouring properties to reach the sandy beach. Great restaurant/bar Cedars next door makes for nice meals & takeout. Serious coffee is a wonderful cafe within walking distance and has lots of breakfast/ lunch food. I appreciated the wagon for hauling things to the beach. Designated smoking and pet relief areas throughout and overall a lovely property.

The unit was beautiful, and the pool at the resort is very nice. The host responded promptly to messages. I appreciated the attention to detail in the unit - the kitchen was very well stocked, there were ample towels and toiletries.

Immaculate condo stocked with everything you could possibly require! Little details (i.e. phone charging stations, dog bowls) make you feel right at home! Exceptionally clean and great location, close to the pool/hot tub and the beach. Walking distance to a great little coffee house as well! Would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Dog friendly town house

Beautiful,clean town house .well stocked with all kitchen ,bath necessities . Dog friendly đŸ˜ŠđŸ© Location convenient. Great communication with owner. Home away from home No issues with parking even found electric charger.Great swimming pool and hot tub. The only problem was path to beach not convenient as no stairs ,was told they will build a some stairs This was no issue as there is beaches nearby. Highly recommended for family vacation

Sunrise Ridge

Definitely home away from home for us! Everything we needed. Beds/pillows/towels lovely!! We loved the decor and furnishings. A beautiful place to come back to after a day of adventure. Only downside was the rumbling of the machinery while tarmacking. It is a new place and we were warned about construction. It is meticulous and we would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a lovely VRBO.

Beautiful condo, fantastic location but beware of additional charges

The condo is lovely, excellent condition, clean and a great spot to enjoy. We didn't sleep well the first night as the beds had a 2-in thick pad over the mattress for additional softness. Lots of people like this I'm sure, but we just find it too soft. The one thing that caught us off guard was the additional charges, which nearly doubled the daily rate for the rental. For a group that is interested in cooking within the condo, this would be a great option, but probably not a good choice for two people if the plan is to mainly eat in restaurants.

Hello, I am Derek. I will be your main contact during your stay at our property. I live not far away so if you have any issues, I am only a few minutes away.

I am the proud father of 3 beautiful little girls and the husband of a very beautiful wife (I expect at some point of time she will read this, Brownie Points!) We moved to Vancouver Island and really fell in love with the area and have no plans to leave. The island has lots of beautiful areas to explore and we take advantage of it. As my kids are still young and want to hang out with me we do a lot of camping and beach days in the summer and skiing in the winter.

We love to travel and like to stay in nice places when we do. We also think you deserve the same as we would expect so our places are all very clean, safe,modern and well stocked so your stay is exceptional.

Parksville is home too many great resorts and Sunrise Ridge is one of the newest. There is a nice outdoor pool for the kids to enjoy in the summer and a hot tub and gym for the adults to use while watching them. The townhouse is new, modern and very comfortable, everything you will need is there.
