RECENTLY UPDATED - NEW TO VRBO! Walking distance to Palafox!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom owner managed townhouse is recently updated and walking distance to everything that downtown Pensacola has to offer. Walk, or use one of the bikes offered, to explore the area - dine on Palafox at one of the many restaurants, visit the art galleries/shops, watch a Wahoo's game, and be sure to check out the farmer's market!

If you're in the mood to stay home, enjoy the fully furnished kitchen and cozy living room. The balcony and backyard patio are the perfect spots for your morning coffee and evening cocktail.

This townhome accommodates six guests. There is a queen bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. The laundry is also located upstairs.

Great house, well appointed, close to everything. We walked to Seville Quarter, wahoos stadium, drove to beach several times. Would def stay again!

Wonderfully Walkable

What a great property in a fantastic location! We were a 10min walk to Palafox Street and all the shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to our favorite local brewery Pensacola Bay Brewing. Loved the backyard and the firepitt. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make breakfast before we started our day. Would definitely come back!

Downtown Pensacola

Perfect location for visiting downtown and quick to the beautiful beach. House was very clean and pretty. Three bedrooms with its own bathroom. We loved the porches. Backyard and bicycles to ride: to the coffe shop or eat!

Dance comp at Bay Center

Stayed for the week during Dance Nationals at Bay Center. Loved it. Super clean. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Great back yard. Close to everything.

Great townhouse walkable to everything

Two couples were in town to watch college baseball at the stadium down the street. This property was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the stadium, to dinner, and to the various craft breweries in town. The house we well appointed and had everything we needed. The owners were very communicative and went out of their way to help when one of us needed to take a work call before check in. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning the next trip.

Great location, beautiful home!

Came back to Pensacola with a group of friends to visit our favorite downtown spots and participate in Mullet Toss Weekend. The house was perfect location! 3 min walk to the waterfront & Wahoo stadium. 10 min walk to Palafox. 25 min ride to Pensacola Beach. House was extremely clean. Check in was a breeze and Elizabeth kept in touch to make sure everything was working well. She even left us two gift cards to local spots!

Five Star Experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO rental and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. First and foremost, the property was impeccably clean, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features of this rental was its convenient location, just a short distance from downtown. This allowed me to easily explore the city's vibrant atmosphere and enjoy all the attractions it had to offer. Another fantastic perk of this rental was the availability of bikes to ride. It was a delightful way to navigate the area with ease. Lastly, I must commend Elizabeth, the property owner. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire booking process and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. It was evident that she genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my experience with this VRBO rental was exceptional. With its cleanliness, convenient location, and the added bonus of bikes to ride, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free vacation.
