There are no other villas located at this property.

Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf.
All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided in each villa. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! Sorry, no pets allowed at this villa. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices.

We had an amazing stay with our full family of five plus an au pair. Plenty of room and the Murphy bed helped keep all of our kids together. We walked everywhere, played in the backyard and enjoyed the many thoughtful touches that made it especially easy to have small children away from home for two weeks.

Neighborhood
This property was walking distance to everything we wanted to see with great food options, scenic sunset boat cruise, beautiful beaches and grocery stores just around the corner.
We highly recommend this very spacious and comfortable rental.It had everything we needed.

Beautiful Location
We rented both villas and adored the location. The beach and downtown were only blocks away. The units were clean and well maintained. The AC units, needed during the day, were unexpectedly the type that needs the hose to be placed outside an open window. Overall, our experience was wonderful.

Thank you Sandi! We really appreciate the feedback. Due to the age of the home and being a historic landmark, there are limitations on what can be done to this prized gem, largely due to city conservationists for these type of homes. However, the owner does have the A/C units hard plumbed to the outside in almost all areas where one exists (within city guideline) however, the wonderful ocean breezes are very nice too.
