Bollinger Duplex A: Appartement Duplex à un demi pâté de maisons de la plage

Le Bollinger Duplex, côté A est un appartement duplex très confortablement meublé et spacieux situé au 6909 Gulf Drive dans le quartier calme et privilégié du nord de Holmes Beach. Cette propriété est située à environ un demi-pâté de maisons du magnifique golfe du Mexique où vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres dans les deux sens sur les plages de sable blanc.

Cette unité de deux chambres et trois salles de bain peut accueillir huit avec un lit king size, deux lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit dans le salon et un futon dans la zone den fermée. Une buanderie est partagée par les deux unités. Il y a un abri pour parking couvert.

Il y a une télévision 32 "dans le salon avec un DVD et un magnétoscope. Un accès Internet haut débit sans fil avec câble étendu est fourni. Il y a même une imprimante d'ordinateur pour votre usage.

Cette unité peut être louée en conjonction avec le côté B à côté pour les grands groupes jusqu'à quatorze. Louez les deux côtés et recevez une remise de 10%!

Great time at AMI!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious and roomie and very close to the water. It is a little dated, but the size of the property makes up for that. Simple things like cookie sheets and proper size coffee mugs could make a difference.

If I had one complaint, it would be the cable system, we couldn't get any basic channels. ABC,CBS,etc for football.. We love it there!

Bollinger House side A

We have been vacationing in Holmes Beach, FL, for over 10 years and usually stay in the Walker Cottage on Avenue F, which we’ve always been very happy with. This time, we stayed in the Bollinger House and it was wonderful. The house offers two master bedrooms, a full kitchen, a third bathroom in the laundry room, and both gas and charcoal grills. We loved the patio with its table and chairs, the carport, and the abundance of beach necessities provided. The yard is great for walking your dog. The only recommendation we have is to add a blender for the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Bollinger House!

The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi connection didn't work but the staff responded quickly to our problem. Turns out it was a Spectrum issue. The patio furniture especially the chairs need to be replaced because the seats are broken

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this property is great. 2 minute walk to the beach. I knew the house was old but it was much older than I thought. This property really needs a facelift. The beds were clean and more or less comfortable. Pots are very old and some of them are not usable. The whole house is filled up with furniture from 70's and 80's. If you are planning to spend a minimum time inside the house it is okay place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: My son flew in from Mckinney Texas [above Dallas ] with his wife for a week they really enjoyed his stay .He loved the Rod and Real for dinner and breakfast , enjoyed the ugly Grouper they were playing Rggae music but they and my wife and I loved the beach and how close it was.But the deciding reason was I could bring our Bessie she is 7 years old dog we adopted last July from SRQ Human Society loved everything exsept the tv's in bedrooms would not work but I figurde out how to operate the living room ,I do not like Spectrum everytime I turned the tv it would take 20 to 30 minetes to down load to watch .every thing else was fantastic.Would stay again and tell friends and family about it.

We get that each time we’ve stayed there. We got exactly that but if the ongoing termite issue gets worse and is not resolved then we likely will not be back.

Reviewer Comments: This gem is an older duplex that features lots of windows & natural light but also has blinds for evening privacy.This unit has comfortable but somewhat dated furnishings. Great beds & bed linens ; plentiful, plush, beach & bath towels. Good size kitchen but could use a new set of pots & pans if you plan to do any serious cooking. There is a shared laundry rm with large capacity washer & dryer just outside the back door. The best thing about this unit is it’s great location, just a short walk to pristine beach, trolley stop right across the street & it is in a very quiet walkable neighborhood. Rental agents were great to work with. We would definitely like to come back again!!

Literally 3 minute or less walk to the beach! This home has all the amenities needed for a big family (loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms 😍). My children enjoyed the comfy beds and the fact that there was a tv in each room. Linens were very clean, kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling. I recommend this home to all families especially with little ones that take naps in the middle of the day. Thank you again for such a relaxing stay! Can’t wait to book soon!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 3 times because it's location is soo close to the beach and easy to get to both Pine Street and restaurants around 50th. We know it is all original appliances and not updated, but ok with that since always very clean. We are here to enjoy the beach not looking for 5 star kitchens. That said, I do think it is time for a new dishwasher and refrig. The dishwasher didn't automatically open to let the soap out and it is sooo loud. The refrig if you put any water or sodas in the door portion it wouldn't stay latched closed as it couldn't carry the weight even of 2 water bottles. Also, could use a few different kitchen items like a baking sheet and more glasses. I would stay again just because the location and price are great!

Bedding and towels are very nice, but everything else is very tired and worn! The stove is on its lst leg, the furniture is badly stained, the sunroom could be such a wonderful space but is a room that you just dont want to spend time in because of the furnishings. It needs updated pans and cookware. It has great space and light. With just a few updates it would be perfect!

Sand Instead of Snow for Christmas

It has a great vintage vibe and a super location to the beach which is where we were. We were not inside much except to sleep, shower and cook. The 3 baths were great especially the "wash house" bath which was just like my Grandma's too. The kitchen appliances need to be updated and the interior walls and trim all needs a fresh coat of paint. The A/C worked well thankfully as the window screens are mostly torn and some windows could not operate either. The gas grill was a lifesaver for dinner prep as the stove does not work well at all.I would recommend the home for a 7-10 visit tops. A month in it would not be enjoyable. Area rug in living area needs to be replaced too. NO steps was a plus to access the home. If you don't want to be indoors a lot this place is fine for a week.

The minuses are it needs some updating and serious deep cleaning. If you want to rent again, be sure to do so by the first of the new month as the rental agency appears to follow “first come first serve “ policy.
