Bollinger Duplex B: confortable appartement en duplex à quelques pas de la plage

Le duplex Bollinger, côté B est un duplex au rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre et une salle de bain situé au 6909 Gulf Drive, dans la zone nord de Holmes Beach. Il n'est qu'à un demi-pâté de maisons d'une belle plage où vous pouvez vous promener d'un bout à l'autre de l'île Anna Maria!

Cette unité au rez-de-chaussée a été récemment rénovée et comprend de la peinture, de la moquette et des appareils électroménagers neufs. Il y a un abri d'auto et une laveuse et sécheuse partagée sur place pour votre usage. Le Bollinger Duplex dispose d'une télévision dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi un gril à charbon disponible pour votre usage.

Internet haute vitesse sans fil est fourni.

Cette unité peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un canapé-lit dans le salon et un autre canapé-lit dans la tanière fermée.

Cette unité peut également être louée en conjonction avec le côté Bollinger Duplex A pour les groupes jusqu'à douze. Louez les deux côtés et recevez une remise de 10%! Location minimum une semaine.

Super Responsive Host

I thought the passcode wasn’t working when we tried to access the unit for the first time, but it was my error. Before discovering the error, I texted the host for assistance and she was at the property within 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our needs, including being pet-friendly.

The duplex is right across the street from the beach and 5-10minutes from various restaurants, shopping etc. Dissatisfied with the A/C. During the day, the air struggled to maintain 80 degrees, but cooled down at night. They sent someone out to look at it and it didn’t improve.

Can't wait to go back!

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

Close to beach and trolley stop. The home is in need of a lot TLC both cleaning and maintenance. The inside of cupboards were dirty. Some utensils needed to be washed before use. Chairs on the patio were broken. There were no potholders or kitchen towels. We have vacationed on the island for about 24 years and Overall it was just not what I have come to expect. It was just the two of us so we were ok but will not be returning.
