Traveled here with my wife, four kids, and dog and the property was absolutely perfect! Host was great with communicating every time we needed contact and everything led to another amazing God blessed stay on AMI! Had the added blessing of staying while the property owner was in the other unit! She was incredibly warm and welcoming to my whole family and really added to a one of a kind experience! If you are looking for a nice apartment to stay at while exploring this amazing area look no further! We will absolutely stay here again!

The property's exterior is not as photographed. The tenant in unit A always took out our laundry. Intrnet kept dropping and needed to be reset numerous times.

Super Responsive Host

I thought the passcode wasn’t working when we tried to access the unit for the first time, but it was my error. Before discovering the error, I texted the host for assistance and she was at the property within 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our needs, including being pet-friendly.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was pleasant and convenient. The duplex is right across the street from the beach and 5-10minutes from various restaurants, shopping etc. Dissatisfied with the A/C. During the day, the air struggled to maintain 80 degrees, but cooled down at night. They sent someone out to look at it and it didn’t improve.

Can't wait to go back!

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a great location. Close to beach and trolley stop. The home is in need of a lot TLC both cleaning and maintenance. The inside of cupboards were dirty. Some utensils needed to be washed before use. Chairs on the patio were broken. There were no potholders or kitchen towels. We have vacationed on the island for about 24 years and Overall it was just not what I have come to expect. It was just the two of us so we were ok but will not be returning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time and the location was great. We had never stayed in this area and wanted to check it out. Because of the traffic we do prefer the Bradenton beach are better. The location needs some updating and spring cleaning.
