Blue Grande is a luxury retreat located on the shores of Lake Sam Rayburn, one of the top bass fishing locations in the US and right in the heart of the east Piney Woods of Texas.

If you are looking to get away from the city and immerse yourself in the total relaxation that lakeside living brings, then you have found the right home! Blue Grande is a custom built 3400 sq ft home sitting on 1.6 acres with a panoramic view of Lake Sam Rayburn. Hot tub, kayaks, fire pit, grill...we have them all!

Blue Grande is nestled amongst soaring pine trees with floor to ceiling views of the the lake from every room in the house. During your visit, enjoy bird watching while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning from one of the many decks on the house. You will often catch a close up view of eagles nesting nearby or hummingbirds dropping in for a visit to taste some honeysuckle. There are many other wildlife that visit including deer and the occasional family of otters.

Blue Grande has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across 3 levels. The primary suite on the main first level has a king bed and two separate exterior entrances, one leading to a private section of the rear deck and the other leading to an elevated gazebo. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like retreat complete with dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and a spacious standup shower with dual shower heads and marble walls. There is also a separate vanity area with seating. The second bedroom on the main level is the bunk bed room. There are two bunk beds, each with a full and twin bed set up. Just outside the bunk bed room is a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. In addition, the larger of the two bedrooms upstairs has a private balcony with table and seating for 2 with magnificent lake views as well as a private entrance and staircase leading down to the exterior first level of the house.

There is a large wraparound deck with plenty of space for entertaining and a large hot tub with seating for 6 people. The sunsets in east Texas are a wonderful sight to see. The rear of the house faces west and almost every single evening offers guests truly spectacular sunset viewings.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including pots, pans, and utensils. In addition, we provide tons of cooking oils and seasonings for your use.

Blue Grande offers direct lake access with a staircase leading down to the shoreline at the rear of the house. You can pull up your boat after a day on the water to drop off your guests or set out on the water with the provided kayaks/stand up paddleboard. There are four single seat kayaks, one tandem kayak, and one stand up paddleboard available for your use. Shirley Creek Marina is a two minute drive from the house and provides easy access for boat launch. There is plenty of space for parking for cars and/or boats.

Please note that you will have full access to the property except for the garage and two locked storage rooms (one on the exterior of the house on the lower deck and the other in the primary suite).
