Escape to this superb secluded tiny house built in 2023 nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres in picturesque Etoile. The house has all of the amenities. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen, one full, and two twin beds and can easily sleep 5 people. Book your stay and experience the charm of our Lakeside Tiny House Retreat. Discover why small is truly beautiful when it comes to a getaway at Lake Sam Rayburn!
Plenty of parking for boats and cars. There is very little light pollution which makes for great star watching. Owner lives on property so if issues arise they can fix them quickly.
There are also two other houses on the property, perfect for big gatherings. In total, with all three houses combined, 11 guests can stay.You will have access to the entire tiny house, the property is private, and available for use.
The property also has full rv/camper hookups. (50amp, water, & sewer) that you can purchase in advance for an additional charge.We have two kayaks available for rent.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean, smelled great, cozy and had everything we needed! The host was very friendly and will definitely visit again when we come back to the area!

Amazing Lake Getaway

The hospitality from our host was remarkable. Everything was so reasonably priced - the stay, the items to rent out on the lake. We absolutely loved our lake getaway for the 4th and will be booking another trip to go back again!

What a fantastic place! The owners are readily available and super accommodating. Floating on tubes in the lake, kayaking, fishing, just hanging out on the beach chairs, the gazeebo, so much to do while creating awesome memories. Definitely looking forward to future visits.

I really loved this home, it was super clean, cozy, and the outside space is really lovely and peaceful. The home is beautifully decorated and there are so many kitchen accommodations (utensils, pots and pans, etc). I really appreciated that dishwashing and laundry supplies were provided because we cooked a lot. Absolutely 10/10 would come back again!

Samantha, the host, was amazing. So sweet and welcoming. The place its self was absolutely perfect. It was clean, had soft water, tvs available, everything I was looking for in a cabin. The covered porch was so perfect, comfortable, beautiful. The wildlife wondering around was so cool to see. Samantha’s 3 dogs were so sweet always coming up to greet me on the porch as they roamed around. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

When we arrived, we greeted host at the entrance and he helped me and my partner get to the gravel parking area. Once we parked, he gave us a quick but thorough rundown of the property and reassured us if we needed anything he and his wife would be on property and on call for us. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean and cozy. There was a rule sheet in the kitchen counter that was easy to understand. Although it was only my partner and I staying, the place was spacious. When we walked down to the lake, we chose not to go in as the water was receded but we did sit on the available chairs and enjoyed the peaceful view. There was some wildlife (deer) which made it all the more blissful. Overall, my partner and I give this place a 10/10 and are thinking of coming back for possibly a longer weekend!
