Historical Home Central East Side

Comfortable home in Historical neighborhood with private (not heated) pool and a neighborhood park one house away. Close to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, hiking, can get anywhere in the Tucson area within 30 minutes or less!
Three full bedrooms & three full bathrooms. A bonus room with two twin beds and a private TV. All TVs are Roku internet TVs.
Private backyard with pool, BBQ grill, and patio seating, and enclosed two car garage.
Large kitchen, separate dining room and living room.
Kitchen stocked with pots & pans, crock pot, instant pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee, tea, honey, sugar, spices, cooking spray, cooking oil and vinegar. Brita water filter, baking pans and dishes, and containers to store left overs. Stackable washer/dryer and built in ironing board. Easy access, no steps, third bathroom has grab bars if assistance is needed.
Owners live on the property in a separate guest house, more like a next door neighbor, does not have any shared living spaces, but do share the front driveway.
Regarding internet, we have three Araknis Wifi Access Points
2x2 Dual-Band Wave 2-AC 1300Mbps each point
Cox cable Gigablast, 1Gbps down, 35Mbps up
Internet shared with casita residence via LAN Segmentation.

The host was welcoming and provided all the details we needed. The house was exactly as shown in pictures. And it was a great set-up for our family to gather, play games and prepare meals.

We stayed here for U of A move-in and it was fantastic. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured, and check-in was a breeze. The true highlight, though, was the owners—if we could give them 20 out of 10, we would! They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Communication from start to finish was excellent.The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed just minutes away. Overall, a wonderful stay that made our trip easy and enjoyable. We’d happily book again and highly recommend this property!

Great Family home away from home

This was the perfect space for my husband and I and our three kiddos. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The house was comfortable, clean and very peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I would stay here again when we are back in Tucson. The host was very responsive and kind. Wonderful experience overall.

Fabulous home!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We stayed here to be close for our Church Retreat nearby. This is a lovely home to stay in and was perfect for our family. So close to *everything* in town, then come home to a beautiful, quiet home, with a pool. Oh and a nice Park right next door. The hosts are amazing to talk to and work with as well, very quick to respond and help with any problem. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it too. Clean and Beautiful!

The property is so pretty, with lots of trees that shade the pool. Updated kitchen was a dream to cook in. Lots of small appliances available for use. Rooms stayed cool but main living space did get warm - they had lots of fans available to make it cooler so that worked great. Pool was lovely!! Communication with host was great.

Family Getaway

This a great property! It was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two adult children and spouse. We love how we were able to spend down time as a family in such a comfortable home setting. The location is amazing for in town as well as we had several hiking excursions to surrounding areas. The hosts were very quick with responses and gave great dining recommendations. We will stay here again!

Our Beautiful Secret

This VRBO was insanely clean (and I’m picky) nicely located from the airport and UA, and was just simply gorgeous! We didn’t get a chance to walk the historic neighborhood, but the owners had the place stocked with all that we needed. Beds were comfortable, having a TV for entertainment was great in the rooms, the pool looked nice (too cold for us to swim), and the spacing for the 5 adults was perfect. We wish we could keep it a secret. LOL But will definitely stay, again, in the future.

Beautiful Home

Was pleasantly surprised the home is exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs. The back patio was enjoyed while having coffee in the morning. It was conviently located especially to restaurants, and shopping. We had a wonderful experience and hope to do it again some time. It made a family get together so special. Great Property

DO NOT HESITATE

No need to hesitate on booking this charming home. Everything was 5 plus stars! Comfortable beds, great location, great kitchen, clean and a responsive host.. Perfect for our Tucson stay.
