We're truly sorry about the dishes — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. Even though the dishes are up to the guests, we’ve followed up with our cleaning team to make sure this doesn’t happen again. As for the security, we understand it can feel a bit strict, but their goal is to keep Shoalwater a clean, safe, and enjoyable place for everyone. We appreciate your understanding on that front. We're just now learning there was any elevator outage and are sorry to hear that—issues like that can definitely be frustrating, especially when you're on a higher floor.
