The open-concept floor plan creates a spacious and welcoming atmosphere for your whole group. Whether you’re lounging with a movie on the 65" TV, enjoying a meal, preparing snacks in the large glass-tiled kitchen, or playing a board game, everyone can be together. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to create anything from quick bites to gourmet meals.
Step out onto the 35-foot balcony that stretches the full length of the unit. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the Gulf views, there’s no better place to unwind.
The primary suite is a king-sized sanctuary with its own floor-to-ceiling sliders opening to the balcony. Drift off to the sound of waves and wake up to the sun dancing on the water. The en suite bathroom includes a quartz-topped double vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower.
On the opposite side of the condo, the second king bedroom also features an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is a third bedroom with a king bed and a set of bunk beds, comfortably sleeping four. The third full bath, with a walk-in shower, is accessible both from this room and the hallway.
Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the great room, and a pack 'n play is also included for your convenience.
Blu Marlin is located in the low-density Regency Resort, home to the largest Gulf-front pool on the island (heated in March). The resort also features community grills, a fitness room, free WiFi, and ample parking. You’ll be within walking distance of four restaurants and bars, the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and the Marine Science Station, where you can learn about turtles and other marine life.
