We loved the property and amenities! The Beach and shopping are so close with a short drive to Destin activities.

Very cozy spot for my older parents to hang out at. They really enjoyed their time here.

Beach trip 2024

The house and pool and all Accommodations were perfect for our group. We have stayed in several houses in this neighborhood and it is our favorite location. We love to find housing that suits our crew and this one certainly did!!

This is a very nice house in a very nice private neighborhood/beach access. The property could use some very inexpensive updates to make it a little better. Such as, Roku for master tv, small trash can rusted, rugs worn out. And the dryer doesn’t dry very well at all. For the price rented I just feel these things could be updated. Pool is nice, but could use a could scrub down. Outdoor chairs rusted and broke. But overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Great family get away!

We loved the location! House was perfect and so roomy! Pool and hot tub was fantastic! Beach was so close too! Just hop on the golf cart and go! Owner was one of the sweetest we have ever met! Everything was fantastic! We will be back!

The home overall is great. It has space for multiple families. Its a shame because it just isnt well taken care of. The whole property could use a washing, from the exterior to the interior. The inside was dirty, literally looked like someone just made the beds but didnt clean anything else. Also if your picky about using dishes and cookware there be prepared to purchase your own like we did. The pots and pans and super over used. Overall i think the cleanliness of the home is what ruined out stay.

Amazing holiday season at the Sweet Spot

4 adults and 3 kids (3,8,10) all had the best holiday in the beautiful home and Miramar Beach area. Thankful for the heated pool/spa as the first few days were rainy and cold. The home is exactly as described and pictured. We will be back!!!

Sweet spot sweet stay

The house was very easy to find in a good neighborhood in Sandestin. The property lived up to its billing in VRBO. The rooms and beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. Great central location for lots of foods and activities nearby. Easy access to the beach. Only downside was the beach weather the week we were there. Double red flags every day. Thus the pool and the hot tub were used extensively. Overall would definitely book this house again.

Great family vacay home

What a perfect house for our family! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and this house fit us perfectly. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. We had a little trouble figuring out the hot tub but once we got it figured out it was great! I didn’t reach out to the management company to ask for help so can’t complain there. They were very responsive leading up to and during our trip. The golf cart was so useful. It was an east drive to the beach. We all highly recommend this house!
