This property was INCREDIBLY clean and a perfect place to stay with 4 people. It is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The check in and check out process was very easy. The neighborhood is so quaint and a great porch to have coffee on! I would highly recommend it and if I’m ever back in Champaign again I will definitely stay here !

What a great place! Located in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood, it’s charming, spotless, and stylishly appointed. The space might a bit tight for a long group stay, especially the small bathroom, but for two adults with or without a small child or two, it’s perfect.A helpful tip would be to stow, and have guests stow, the patio chair cushions down in the basement so they stay dry and clean.

I had a wonderful stay and can't recommend this property highly enough. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into every detail, and it made the space feel warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.The neighborhood was just as impressive. It was quiet, well-kept, and perfect for morning walks with my dog. Exploring the area each day quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip.I was in town handling some family matters, which made for a busy and sometimes stressful week. Having such a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to return to each evening made all the difference. It truly felt like a home away from home and gave me a chance to relax and recharge.The host was great, the property was exactly as advertised, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfectly delightful cottage with easy access to the university, shops, and restaurants. The property has been thoughtfully updated with modern comforts and yet retains all its original charm. The whole space is bright and inviting and relaxing. Very clean, nice towels, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, perfect for an evening stroll. A great stop on our college tour.

Incredible, immaculate, stylish, cozy home. We feel Beyond Lucky. It worked out perfectly. We were here visiting family, after a long road trip from WA state. The Beautiful fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The fully outfitted kitchen, coffee station, washer/dryer, living room, bathroom & MOST COMFORTABLE beds we’ve slept in away from home. Perfect house for our college tour trip. The house is in a nice leafy street in a quiet part of town, and is well-located for UIUC and downtown. We enjoyed the garden during warmer weather. The house was very clean and well-furnished. Excellent communication with our host Erica. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked with essentials and the house had everything my son and I needed (including a basement when the tornado sirens went off!).

We have stayed here before and it is a wonderful house & location. Close to U of I stadiums for sporting events. A great walkable neighborhood. Fenced in yard is so nice. House is always clean, comfortable and the kitchen is great. The host is quick to answer and resolve any questions. After driving, the welcome snacks are such a nice treat. We will be back, love this place. Thanks!!

Great updated space in a cute neighborhood. Good location that is close to everything. So close to the Art Mart for coffee, pastry and specialty foods for easy take away. Great host. Will definitely be back again when in the area visiting my son at U of I. Thank you, Erica!
