We were visiting to move our daughter to UIUC. It was easy to find, check in and check out. Check out was particularly easy and we appreciated that. The dryer didn’t work, but we found a laundromat nearby with ease.

Quick weekend for my daughter and admitted student tour at U of I, close to campus. Nice and clean property. Ian was quick to respond when I had any questions!

The property is old, and with oder. Outside the property is dirty, especially the patio, totally not usable. The dryer was broken, asked the owner to get it fixed, but kept delaying until the day we checked out. We ended up bringing the wet laundry back home. We also called VRBO to help, but didn’t help at all. I won’t trust VRBO anymore.

Quaint and close to campus!

Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus the dog! Close to U of I, only 6 mins away. Convenient to great restaurants. Will stay again next time in town.

We came to town for a concert and stayed the weekend. House was perfect for our needs. We had a little trouble with a broken shower curtain staying up but otherwise the property was perfect!

Place was nice but had a strong odor of mold open all windows went away but owner needs to get it fixed could cause health issues for some people.

Perfect place to stay!

Could not ask for more in a place. Clean is my main judgement and this was very clean. 2nd was location which was a 5 min drive to downtown Champaign. We were very happy with our stay. Oh, and beds were very comfortable!

Perfect house for our needs

My two sisters and I met in Champaign for a little get-away and this house was perfect for our needs. The inside was very clean, all linens were of good quality and furnishings were functional/comfortable. The location was perfect, as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable house in good location.

Affordable House was equipped with all that you need in kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Nice neighborhood with off street parking and close to amenities such as grocery, gas, highway etc.
