There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is open and plentiful at Watercrest and there are 4 elevators to service 17 floors so it makes for a stress free vacation! . Please come and enjoy. This is a very large condo with an open floor plan, 1440 sq.ft. , with a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. Both baths also feature new quartz counter tops and the master has a custom designer walk-in shower with heated bidet for your enjoyment. One of our favorite things about this unit is the size and shape of the large balcony. There is plenty of space to fully serve dinner on the balcony or share breakfast with the family with a wide open view as far as the eye can see. Due to the position of this condo there is nothing impeding your view of the beach! The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and the second bedroom is a very large room with two queen beds. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The guest bath is conveniently situated right across the hall from the second bedroom. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors and windows! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, Bocci Ball, Shuffle board, heated pool during cooler months, hot tub, kiddie pool, and exercise room. At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City Beach has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car.
