Escape to our spacious 1,406 square foot waterfront home, nestled on a tranquil canal right off Sarasota Bay. This hidden gem sits on a sprawling one-acre lot, providing a perfect blend of privacy, stunning views, and a serene atmosphere. With three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, our delightful retreat comfortably accommodates families and groups seeking relaxation and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll discover two large living rooms that create an open and airy atmosphere, ideal for gathering and making cherished memories. The expansive climate-controlled game room is sure to be a hit, featuring a foosball table, dartboard, cornhole, indoor basketball hoops, a domino table, and three arcade machines, ensuring endless fun for both kids and adults.

Step outside to fire up the large BBQ grill for delightful cookouts and enjoy direct water access to fish right off the dock, complete with provided rods and a tackle box.
