Unwind at this stunning lake house, located within 25 minutes of Tampa airport. This well-maintained property features an open floor plan with 3 beds, 2 full baths, an open kitchen/living room. A place to gather with your family & friends and make happy memories. A screened porch overlooking the lake. 2 acres of fully fenced yard surrounded by lush trees with a feel of being surrounded by a forest. Although shops and restaurants are nearby, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Welcome home!

Please note: The house has well water with a filtration system.

Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets, as we do charge a total of $125.00 plus tax pet fee, which will be a charge from the Host after booking.

Great house on a quiet street. The large fenced yard was full of big beautiful cypress trees. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and convenient for us to attend our events in both Clearwater and Wesley Chapel, plus there were tons of food options and a Publix supermarket nearby. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

I was grateful that this property was available,since we were closing on a home, however I was a little surprised at the condition of the home, we have stayed at another location provided by this host and it was nothing short of fabulous, this place needs a little TLC outside , however super quiet neighborhood, lots of access to dining locations and grocery. All appliances working, plus washer and dryer on location.

All I can say is everything was perfect and exactly what we needed. The owners went out of their way to find accommodation to park our motorhome. It was greatly appreciated as we already had a lot of stress droppingOff our daughter at college. Very smooth transition and very attentive to our needs

We stayed here to celebrate our friend’s birthday. It was close to her house in Lutz and easy access to Tampa.The house is a nice size - plenty of room for the 2 of us.The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens

Peaceful Getaway

Great cozy getaway. Clean fresh space. The property is beautiful. The dock on lake was perfect for coffee in the mornings. The trees are magestic in yard. Check in/out was very simple. And great response time with any questions we had throughout the stay. Definitely coming back!

Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 weeks stay at this property. My only complaint is the yard maintenance did not close the gate both times that they mowed making it easy for my dogs to get out. Other than that, I highly recommend this wonderful rental.

Excellent Lutz Fla property

Excellent vacation in the Fla countryside. Dinning and shopping close by. Most Tampa touristy places 30 minutes away. Dock and lake very relaxing.

The house was beautiful and clean. Had minor problems with the door lock, but the host was very easily contacted And it was resolved quickly. Housekeeping came early on checkout day, but left without a problem. It was our first time renting a house and it went very smoothly

Perfect!

What a lovely home. Clean, and had everything we could have needed or wanted. The host was so helpful and attentive and made sure we were settled in and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, lovely dock out to the lake. Honestly I haven’t slept that great in years! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect spot in Tampa

This was the perfect location, close to everything. The hosts were extremely good with communication. The lake was our favorite part. The house was super clean and had anything you could possibly need. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% book again.

Convenient to airport

We enjoyed our little stay at this home. It is convenient to the airport and only took us about 35 min to get to Busch Gardens, 45 min to get to St. Pete.

Family wedding

Stayed at the house so we could attend a family wedding nearby. The house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with all the things we needed right down to a clothing steamer. The backyard was our favorite with all the amazing trees and use of the canoe to check out the lake. Keep an eye out for the Barred owl that we were lucky enough to see both mornings perched in a tree out back.
