Enjoy your stay at the Emerald Coast in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Where they are known for there fine white sand beaches. Enjoy your day at the beach and come back to a spacious 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms home where everyone will have room to spread out and relax. Fort Walton has six public beaches access points. The house is also close to Destin, Florida.

- 9 minute drive to first public beach access and Okaloosa Pier fishing
- 16 minutes drive to get to Destin Harbor Board Walk
- 10 minutes drive to VPS Fort Walton Beach/Destin airport
- 2 minute drive to the closest grocery store
- 3 minute drive to the closest pharmacy

Security Cameras: There are two Ring Spotlight Cameras that are currently in use. First one location near front door to the left. The second Ring Spotlight Camera is on the top of the back double doors on backside of house. There is also a Ring Doorbell in front entrance.

TV's: We have five Tv's at the vacation home One in the living room and one in the media/entertainment room. Bedrooms (2,4, and 5) have a Tv in the room.

Great Home- Great Host!

Our team loved their stay in this home, and Lamont was so easy to work with. Very good (and quick) communication- we will def. put this home at the top of our list for return stays.

Amazing place

First of all I would like to say that this was a great place to stay for our small getaway . House was just perfect for a family of 12 and everyone enjoyed having their own room, the media room was great for our kids to be able to enjoy their gaming time without disturbing everyone else in the house. What can I say everything went so well and looking forward until next year to book again .

Great Stay

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. We like to cook, so we used the kitchen a lot and even pulled out the gas grill . Everything worked great. The rooms on the front left end of the house stayed a little warmer than others , so we had to make arrangements when it came to that , but still a GREAT STAY ! The neighborhood is quiet & the neighbors are super friendly . The backyard was probably the family favorite & some thought that a pool would only make this place more incredible. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Hi Guys! My name is Lamont Nguyen and my family and I would like to invite you to stay at our Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. My family and I have been coming to enjoy the Emerald Coast the past eight years. What we like about FWB besides being close to the beach is the seafood is fresh considering it is coming from the Ocean there. We also enjoy the good local food places to eat here and we also enjoy the shopping here. We have three kids ages: 7, 11, and 13 that really enjoy this area so when the opportunity presented itself we purchased this home. If you have any questions about the house or the property just ask.

This home is spacious with room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out on the beautiful beaches in Fort Walton and close to Destin Beaches. The are plenty things to do from shopping, beaching, eating, and enjoying the outdoors.
