Welcome to Zen Haus Suite A, a serene mid-century modern haven boasting breathtaking west-facing views. Thoughtfully crafted for one-level living, it's senior and disabled accessible. Embrace our minimalist design and "hygge" ambiance, immersed in nature's tranquility. Whether you're working remotely or unwinding on vacation, find all the comforts of home here. Come revitalize at Zen Haus, where style, comfort, and relaxation harmonize perfectly.

The space

* Luxurious property offering comfort, convenience, and entertainment

* Bedroom 1: Spa-like amenities including soaking tub, heated floors, rainfall shower, and teak bench

* Bedroom 2: Modern touches such as electric fireplace and walk-in shower, rainfall shower, heated floors

* Bedroom 3: Flexible arrangements with king-sized bed or two twin XL beds, plus two additional twin trundle beds

* Third FULL bathroom with rainfall shower and heated floors

* Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and appliances including air fryer/toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker

* Additional amenities: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer

* Echo Dots with Alexa for convenience in setting alarms, playing music, and accessing local information

* Entertainment options: Ping pong and foosball tables, bingo


Guest access:

Upper unit duplex with a private entrance and smart lock. Prior to your arrival, we'll provide you with a special link for keyless entry. Our driveway can accommodate up to two cars on the LEFT side, but please be aware that it has a slight incline due to the property's hillside location. For your safety, we kindly ask that you exercise caution while using the driveway. We're excited to have you as our guest!
• NO SMOKING indoors ($500 fine)

• no shoes or dirty feet or jumping on furniture

• shoes only worn outside (disposable indoor slippers provided)

• Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am especially outdoors

BEFORE CHECK-OUT AT 11:00am:

• Leave house the way you found it (no need to make/strip beds)

• Used towels in bathtub/shower

• Dishes in dishwasher or sink

• Kindly take trash/recycling out to bins

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog

Hello and welcome to our lovely property! My name is Ardyn and I'm delighted to have you as my guest. As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I can attest to the fact that living here is truly a unique experience. Our region boasts great weather all year round, with temperatures that are just right for enjoying the great outdoors.

My husband Zac and I fell in love with Eugene when we moved here from Bangkok in the late 90s. Despite having lived in different countries and growing up with a diplomat for a father, we both agree that there's no place quite like Eugene. The fresh air, relaxed way of life, and simplicity of living here is unmatched.

Our property is located just an hour's drive away from some of the most beautiful natural wonders in the area, including the coast, hot springs, and waterfalls. As your host, I'm dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable stay and can provide you with recommendations for local hikes, restaurants, and other fun activities.

When I'm not busy hosting, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which includes our two beautiful children and our adorable pups, Jack and Dexter. You might also find me practicing yoga, paddle boarding, exploring nature trails, or tending to my beloved plants.
