The home is located just 5-10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs where you'll find some of the city's best restaurants, shopping, and art exhibits.

Amenities include a pool, spa/jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, gas barbecue, cornhole, pool floats, foosball, record player and records, games, books, in-garage parking, Alexa device with complimentary access to Amazon Music, and TVs in every room with complimentary access to Prime Video.

The beds are luxury hybrid mattresses, ensuring you get a good night's sleep. The kitchen is clean, modern, and fully stocked with all the dishes, spices, and coffee you'll need. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet.

The home was very clean and beautiful. We loved all the light and big windows and the comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The living area and kitchen provided a great space to socialize and the backyard was great. We used the hot tub, pool and firepit.

The house was very clean and organized and easy to access. We did not use any of the amenities as we were only there for two days to attend a wedding. Beds were comfortable and everything that we used was well appointed -location was excellent for us and we are happy to recommend this rental.

Fantastic stay in Palm Springs

This is a sparkling property! The pictures are completely accurate. Having the view of the mountains and palms everyday was amazing. This was a great setup for our family of four (one teen, one tween, and parents). We had our individual spaces but also enjoyed the pool together (paying for the heating was worth it) and communal living area. The hosts have a nice selection of family games and the foosball is a fun extra. The location is an easy 8-10 minute drive to downtown or the uptown design district. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

I live in Moorpark, CA with my husband Stacey and our two teenage boys. Stacey and I grew up in the South Bay, but we have lived all over the country thanks to his military career. Before moving back to California, we lived in Sammamish, WA for 13 years. We love the city of Palm Springs and enjoy sharing our home with others so they can also experience the city and its magical beauty.

Palm Springs is so unique. It has all the restaurants and nightlife you would expect of a vacation destination, but the towering mountains bring unexpected beauty. It's perfect for foodies, art lovers, and nature lovers alike! I love that you can go from a visit to the art museum and downtown restaurant to the top of the mountain in about 30 minutes. You can get from 80 degrees to snow or sweltering heat to 70 degrees with a 10-minute ride up the Aerial Tramway.

Our home combines the best of all worlds. It's a new construction home which makes it clean and new. But it has all of the style you'd expect from a Palm Springs midcentury modern home. It pays homage to the best of the 1950s and 1960s while meeting the needs of today's visitor—inside and out. Not only that, but the mountain views are spectacular! Lounge by the pool, sit by the fire pit, and dine al fresco all while the mountains change colors throughout the day. And every room has its own slider, offering a perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle!
