Welcome to Bear Lake Fun Stop! This centrally located 6-bedroom, 4,000 sq ft getaway is built for big groups and nonstop fun. Sleeping up to 22 guests, enjoy a private hot tub, barrel sauna, multiple game zones, community pool access, and an easy walk to Bear Lake. Plus—2 kayaks, 4 sleds, and 2 bikes for year-round adventure. Spacious, social, and packed with amenities, this is where unforgettable Bear Lake memories begin!

The main level offers open-concept living with a large sectional, flatscreen TV, and seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas—ideal for group meals and downtime! The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, expansive counter space, and ample storage. Upstairs, a large game room provides hours of entertainment with a pool table, foosball, pinball arcade, and oversized TV with comfortable seating. Bedrooms are split across both levels for privacy and flexibility.

This home was great for our family. Plenty of beds and rooms. There was room for a boat on the side of the home, which was great. There was plenty of towels and linens. The location was just across the street from the entrance to the boat ramp. They had a couple beach cruisers that we were able to ride down a trail just outside of the neighborhood. We had a blast and would highly recommend this home for large families.

This house was exactly as described / pictured, and met every one of our expectations for this family reunion trip to Bear lake. The hosts were excellent communicators, and checked in regularly before and during our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. They were very responsive and accommodating. The home is like new, and is filled with ways for families and kids (of all ages) to entertain themselves. We would absolutely recommend this house (and hosts) to anyone considering a trip to Bear Lake - and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again next time we go back.

We did a family stay-cation to celebrate multiple birthdays and Easter. This is a beautiful home with so many amenities, games, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms, extra beds, hot tub, sauna, bicycles, paddle boards, wide open rooms for gathering, comfortable beds, and cozy blankets.We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and a bike ride. We played pinball, foosball and pool. The kitchen is huge with counter space for days to facilitate cooking for a large group. The gathering areas were comfortable and the large dining room table was perfect for board games and easter egg coloring.We were able to go for a hike and we ate out once at Cafe Sabor.We would definitely recommend this home for large gatherings and Bear Lake adventures!

Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to areas that needed dusting. Also the floor made socks soil quickly. Cleaning entry points would make a better first impression. That being said, it’s overall cleanliness was very good, it was well appointed, had nice touched (welcome treat, soaps, decent dishes and utensils, kitchen appliances of every type, and well stocked spiced), all which were greatly appreciated. It is laid out well for a large group. I suggest owners get someone to service hot tub that knows what they are doing. Also check the heat element in the dryer. Towels were still damp after 3 cycles.

Awesome home!

This was the perfect sized home for our family of 20. It was clean, centrally located and was able to accommodate our two motorcycle trailers and a boat on the side of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families!

This was an incredible house to stay in. We had plenty of room and the children loved the game room and hot tub. The kitchen/dining area was the perfect layout with room for everyone at the table or bar. The pantry room was a bonus for all our food as was the extra fridge in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas Get Together

The house was perfect for our family. The large living area was wonderful for us all to be together playing games around the table, and sharing meals. The upstairs game room, hot tub, and sauna were also a big hit. There was plenty room for us all to enjoy our stay!

Clean, fun and perfectly priced

I rented this property for a crew i sent down to do some work on a job. We needed it a week and the owner was very helpful and communicative. The house was nice, clean and had some fun things to do while staying there.

Great for extended family gettogethers

The property is beautiful and comfortable, lots of gathering space for an extended family gettogether. We had plenty of room to sleep and to visit in the kitchen and connected family room area. The kitchen table is huge, not just for seating but lots of room for food to pass around the table. I was especially impressed with the fully stocked and organized kitchen. Upstairs we loved the game room.

Great Family house!!

We had the best weekend celebrating our moms 50th birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen and living area is super spacious and open. The kids loved playing upstairs, beds were comfortable and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend. We would stay here again

Lots of room - Fun stay

The property is pretty new and the house was in good very condition. Mostly clean, there could be a little more detail in cleaning. Just the finer details, like baseboards, corners, etc. Overall we loved the property though, a lot of room and things to do while we were home.

Great house for family group

The house was new, clean and well kept up. There were plenty of beds, towels, dishes, utensils and pans. The weather was cool and windy so we didn't spend as much time outside as we planned, but the kids were happy with all the indoor activities! We had a wonderful bonding time. Thank you!

Holiday Weekend

Positive: Beautiful home! Appreciated the holiday decor! Lots of room! Big closets if you are staying awhile. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! Plenty to keep everyone entertained for the weekend, including a couple play things for little ones. Responsive host. Accommodated a late checkout. Would love to stay again!Opportunity for improvement: Grill hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while. Furnace is pretty loud when the heat kicks on.
