Welcome to Westwood Manor on West Battle Lake. This beautifully designed, landscaped, and furnished home located on the south side of West Battle is sure to be the perfect location for your next vacation.

Upon entering the home you’ll appreciate an unobstructed view of the water through the floor to ceiling windows of the living room. 20 foot high ceilings in the living room make way for incredible natural light and an outlook over the yard and lake. To the left of the living room is the kitchen, dining room, screened in porch, laundry room, and access to the 3 car garage. To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find the primary bedroom complete with a king bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, a beautiful lake view, and sliding patio door to the front deck. One of our favorite features of this home is the screened in porch looking out over West Battle Lake. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glassware, potholders, a toaster, a crockpot, a blender, regular coffee maker, paper towels, kitchen washcloths, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. (we do have an outdoor 3 burner propane grill with grilling utensils)

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, another living/lounging space, and a full bathroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1 has a king bed along with a closet, and a lake view. The second upstairs bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed, a closet, and a personal porch.

In the basement enjoy an open floor plan complete with a living room, a large sectional couch, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a sauna, and a game room complete with board games, and arcade games. The first basement bedroom offers two full beds. The second basement bedroom is complete with a private sitting/lounging and two twin beds.

All of our bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, washcloths, body towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All bedrooms are complete with bedding and at least 2 pillows per guest. Additional items included in this stay: paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, laundry detergent. No pets are allowed at this property.

Outside: You will enjoy a landscaped and irrigated lawn, an outdoor fire pit, a deck, and a dock that extends 40+ feet into the water. The solid sand bottom shore offers wonderful swimming and endless lake days. Watercraft and lake toys are available to rent through Sota Lake Properties in Perham, MN.

We are located just minutes from downtown Battle Lake, which features the best local restaurants, liquor store, bait, ice cream, candy shop, grocery store, bowling, and so much more, a great little lake town. Also close by are Glendalough State Park, and Thumper Pond which features an 18 hole golf course, and an indoor water park. West Battle is known for beautiful homes, and great fishing, especially walleye and muskie. It is a 5,565 acre lake, with a maximum depth of 108.
