Natural sunlight greets you as soon as you step over the threshold into this warm condo unit. A set of sliding glass doors sits at one end of the open great room, leading to a covered balcony. The balcony overlooks Stewart Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, and offers panoramic views of the gulf. Furnished with outdoor seating, itâs the perfect spot to relax, sip an ice-cold drink, and watch the water. Step back inside, where a relaxed vacation setting awaits you. The living area includes a nautical-blue couch, loveseat, and armchair. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The casual setup surrounds a coffee table and faces a flatscreen TV atop a credenza. Plank flooring extends into the dining area, where a hardwood dining table and seating for eight sit atop a geometric patterned rug. Extra stool seating is at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen radiates coastal luxury, featuring white cabinetry, gleaming countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
The primary bedroom is sunny with a beach flair. It has a king-size bed, TV, and access to the gulf-facing balcony. Its ensuite bath has dual vanities, a walk-in shower with glass walls, and a soaking tub. One of the charming guest suites has a nautical feel and includes a king-size bed, sea-inspired décor, access to a north-facing balcony, and a private bath. The other guest bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, colorful dresser and nightstands, a TV, and access to a full hall bath.
Besides vacation-perfect condos, Ariel Dunes II has a lot to offer its guests. Two large pools sit at the base of the complex. Surrounded by a paver sundeck and lounge chairs, itâs perfect for taking a freshwater swim, soaking up the sun, and relaxing. An onsite fitness center with cardio and weight machines overlooks the pools. There are also BBQ grills and a tennis court nearby. In addition to all of this, the sugary shores of the Gulf Coast are less than a five-minute stroll away. A boardwalk extends over Stewart Lake, leading directly to the beach, making it a convenient and scenic route to the shores!
As a guest at Ariel Dunes II, you are within walking distance of several restaurants like Whaleâs Tail, Royal Palm Grille, and Cabana Cafe. Also, when staying at Seascape Resort, you receive reduced rates on golf and recreation rentals. If you want to explore further, check out Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevardâwhich are unique entertainment hubs only a short drive from the condo.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
