Breezy Island Paradise

Enjoy beautiful views and breezes of the Marco River. Recently renovated grounds, the Riverside Club is a great place to unwind and relax. Walking and biking distance to many shops and restaurants and live music venue. This Condo is located on the second floor and has some of the best views and sunrises in the complex. Bright and airy living room and kitchen with updated appliances. The community has two pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, grilling areas, and a fishing pier. Approximately 2.5 miles to Tigertail Beach.

Comfortable king size bed, two flat screen TVs, comfortable couches, dining table on the balcony to enjoy your breakfast and watch the sunrise, (or you may catch a pod of dolphins swimming by) free coffee, cream and sugar, complimentary waters and everything you will need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers and a wagon to carry it all to your favorite spot on the beach).

The property is in a gated community. There is parking within the gates. We will ask all guests to check in with the condo office and give them your car type/model as well as license plate info. If you are staying more than three days, there will be a $30 parking charge by the condo association (not me). They ask that it be paid in cash. You will be given a special tag to hang on your rearview mirror as well as a removable sticker/chip to go onto your headlight to open the gate during your stay. This is all for the safety of the guests and residents.

We enjoyed our stay at this cean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed condo. Sunrises on the water were spectacular and the location is convenient to everything. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners were out of the country on a huge time difference and still managed to inform us on information and answer any questions we had. We came for our beach wedding ceremony and they left us a wonderful small gift that we are very grateful for. The property is definitely kid friendly as well, small selection or pool toys, buckets chairs and coolers for the beach. The unit is located very close to one of the pools. The fishing was absolutely wonderful from the docks, best for us from the end of pelican Pier. The property and owners exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to stay here. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Amazing

Lovely, quiet property with a fantastic view. Charming, cozy and relaxing are just a few words that describe this charming listing. Highly recommend! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We would love to stay here again!

Marco Island Getaway

Very comfortable, very clean, and very relaxing! We arrived by boat and the marina staff was very accommodating along with the condo office personnel. We rented a golf cart from Island Bike and enjoyed everything Marco Island has to offer. Our favorite beach was Tigertail and our favorite restaurant was the Snook Inn.

Great Unit

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, comfortable condo on the second floor overlooking the water. Host was excellent and responsive. Our parking pass expired early for some reason but we just parked in the overflow area so all worked out (never bothered going to the office to sort out).

A great return stay on Marco Island

This was out 2nd stay at this condo and we found it to be great as always. The location on the water is perfect for watching the boats go by. The are several restaurants within walking distance. We walked to Veterans Park one night to watch the lighting of the Christmas tree We hope to return again for another visit

Great location

We really enjoyed our mini vacation in Marco Island ,the location was perfect , close to restaurants, a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance . Dina’s Place was spotless , very impressed how clean it was , and organized, had everything you would need . The view was fantastic , and very close to the pools . Dina was very quick to respond to any questions we had, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Riverside club vacation

Great shopping restaurants and watersports all close by !!!! Only downside are the crowds but thats because everyone loves Marco Island and in my opinion its very much an adult atmosphere !!!!

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and 10-15 minutes to the beaches. The condo is supplied with everything that you need and more for your stay. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again

The property is adorable and has wonderful views of the ocean where you can sit and watch the boats. The hosts make sure to make you feel at home. It was wonderful to have so many little touches to make the stay even better- particularly the coffee station.

We loved the sit-down view of all the boat traffic.

The property is exactly like shown on the website. The balcony looks directly over the docks and across the Marco River. There was a perfect full moon a couple nights so the moonlight shining on the water was spectacular. The owners were very responsive in solving a problem we had with the high tech door lock. We would recommend this property to anyone. Children would love the beautiful large pool.

My husband and I bought our home on Marco Island in January of 2020. We come down during the winter season and we go back up to CT during the summer. We decided we wanted to get into the rental business and started looking for condos in the winter of 2022. The Riverside Beach Club came on the market and we started our rental business that following summer. We love hosting because we know how beautiful Marco Island is and we want to share this beautiful place with wonderful people who choose to stay at our property. We know they will end up loving it as much as we do and hopefully will come back each year. We love repeat renters!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We had looked at many condos for about a month, but our realtor was always keeping her eye on the Riverside Beach Club. We looked at a couple but they just didn't have the views or brightness we were looking for. Then this unit came on the market and the views and the open airiness of the apartment was everything we were looking for.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise in the morning, in the late afternoon watch the beautiful boats go by, and even catching a pod of dolphins jumping and swimming in the river! Walkable to many restaurants and shops in Olde Marco.
Two of our favorites, The Snook Inn Restaurant and the Boardroom, both have live music every night.
