The house was perfect for what we needed. Some girls and I stayed for a bachelorette party. So much space and room. We loved the back patio. The hosts were very kind and communicate quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!

Crew weekend

Six gentlemen getting together once a year. Spent entire Friday evening in backyard. Ordered pizza from local pizzeria. Saturday morning fixed big breakfast in kitchen. Visited local pub in afternoon. Spent Saturday evening playing cards and watching movies. Everyone was comfortable. Place was clean. Everything worked. We had a good stay.

We enjoyed ourselves

We enjoyed ourselves and were thankful we were able to host a small family gathering after a graduation. The house was okay. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very understanding. There were just a few minor things I would fix. We ended up needing to go buy towels for the guest because there weren’t enough and paper towels as well. There was only 1 roll. Overall, the family enjoyed it.

Great stay in Washington Missouri - dog friendly, nice yard.

This property is wonderful. Nice large fenced in yard for our dogs and an home that is thoughtfully set up as a VRBO home. Felt more like staying at a resort than a home. The ower was easy to reach and very responsive.

Wedding weekend getaway

My now husband & I stayed here for the weekend as a little honeymoon getaway after our wedding. It was clean, neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our time alone after a hectic week up to our wedding. We both like pinball & arcade games so we had fun playing games.This is a great home to rent for the whole family!

Baseball Conference Tournament

We were in town for our sons’ college baseball tournament and stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights with three other families. The location was great, the decor was lovely and the space was amazing. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful weather and have a cookout and games in the back yard.

Relaxing Fall Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of four couples to spend the weekend enjoying all that the Washington and Augusta area has to offer! The home was beautifully furnished and very clean! Great house!

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio area was fantastic! The only issue we had was the steep driveway, our hitch did not allow us to get up the driveway without dragging. We just parked on the street. Definitely would not deter us from staying again.

Charming and Well-Equipped Home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely VRBO property, and I can't say enough good things about it. The place was immaculately clean and adorably decorated, making it a perfect home away from home. The property was well-equipped with supplies, which made our visit incredibly comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the well-stocked coffee station, which made the place feel extra special. Beautifully decorated VRBO

The house was beautiful! It is very roomy and it is three levels which makes it nice for privacy for all of the guests. One queen bed in the basement. One hide a bed on the main floor and one king and two queen bedrooms upstairs. The master has the king bed and the, two queen bedrooms share a bath. It is very comfortable, warm and inviting. 😊😊

Girls 60th

The property and check in was great. The house was bigger than expected and well stocked. Close to the river, shops and restaurants. We had 10 adult women but two had to sleep on air mattresses. The outside patio area was a nice place for morning coffee. The house was very clean and well maintained by owner. Highly recommend!!

Our New Go-To in Washington!

I was so pleased with all aspects of this guest house! The location was even in my childhood neighborhood. Our family had hours and hours of fun! There was enough room for the 5 of us and for our local family to visit as well. We love the Family Game House!

Loretta's 70th Birthday Party

Loved: coffee station, games on wall, game room, location, stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pillow , loved the layout of the entire house especially the bedrooms. Suggestion: sand down the handrail in garage (2 got splinters), replace non-skid mat in kitchen (2 tripped), disclose steep driveway as this could be an issue for others too

Fun family/friend home

This property (and its owner) was AMAZING!! Super close to downtown/the river, very spacious, and very nicely decorated. Lots of special added touches like an entertainment console filled with board games, arcade area, coffee bar, and outdoor space offered opportunities to have fun as a group. Marvin and Tamara are super caring and responsive, sending messages during our stay and asking for feedback. Oh, and the heated bathroom floor in the finished basement area was probably my favorite part of this cold trip. We 10000000% would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Wash MO and look forward to rebooking when we return! Thanks, Marvin and Tamara!

Amazing holiday family getaway!

This was an amazing house for our family and dogs close to downtown Washington, MO! Great amenities, plenty of room, and we all loved the arcade setup! Definitely would love to stay here again.

Great house!

Lots of room to spread out and enjoy! It was very clean and we used the suggestions for restaurants and bars! We were there for a golf tournament with friends and it worked out perfectly

Girls Weekend

This house was the perfect size for our party of 10. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts provided a seamless check-in/out process. Easy to get to, garage access, back yard and front porch ALL EXCELLENT!
