Fenced yard! Enjoy coffee in the gazebo, yard games, or 1-block walk to the riverfront! 15-20 minutes to wineries, 45 minutes from STL. Family friendly, we even have a kids nook! Kaitlyn is a fantastic host. This was our 3 or 4th year hosting our family Thanksgiving here. The home is well suited for our celebration and everything is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this home.

The Vitality Retreat was a wonderful experience. Our family & us stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding at a local venue. The home was so very nicely done, comfortable, clean, family oriented with the games, backyard, vinyl records, ample dining area & comfortable beds. The host provided great communication and we couldn't be happier. Absolutely high rating for property & host!!

Charming house with historic character and modern amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to the riverfront. Excellent host who responds to inquiries provides a guest house that is so clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for a group to gather both inside and outside, lovely front porch and back yard with corn hole and comfy seating w string lights. We were glad to find such a nice place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended family get together.

We had a lovely visit to Washington. The home was well situated near downtown and within easy drives of a number of vineyards. The home was very clean, spacious and charming. Would stay here again on future visits.

The property is just as described in the advertisement. It is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We did a minimal amount of cooking and had plenty of utensils pots pans for everyone in our party. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels for everyone. Communication with the host was excellent from booking to the end of our stay. A very accommodating host with a really nice property.

Loved the decor and cleanliness, beds were comfortable, details were extra special in the quality of the towels and bedding. The only thing that we feel could have been better is the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on. Overall it was amazing!!

This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Family Thanksgiving

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

So Charming!

Katy Trail stay at the Vitality Retreat

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing hidden gem

To put it mildly, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was wonderful and stressless. The location was ideal for all the things you would want to do in the Washington area. On top of that, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely appointed.

Quick overnight in WashMo
