Mindy, thank you for the review. We actually have an Amusement park, 2 water parks, a zoo, zip lining, Parasailing, and much more. It could have been the time of year that you were here, since the water was not warm enough to be in for the most part, but perhaps try Gulf Shores from June- August and we will have a lot more available to do.

I'm very sorry that this was your experience. Here at Gold Star Vacation Rentals we strive to offer the cleanest and most well maintained units on the beach. It is explained in the information given to each guest that the amenities provided are simply a starter pack to get you through the first day until you have time to get to the store. We provide premium, standard sized bath towels in every unit. We do not, however, provide beach towels. We attempted to resolve each and every complaint we received. We quickly had someone out to look at the dryer and offered to have our maintenance tech repair the chair, but was asked not to. We have done an inventory in this unit to ensure that the cooking essentials are in good condition and meet the expectations of our guests. We have recently added a coffee filter and coffee for your first pot of coffee, coffee pods for our units with Keurig style coffee makers, as well as sugar and creamer packets. Our guests are very important to us and we want you to have nothing less than an exceptional experience and a memorable vacation with your family or friends on our beautiful beaches.
