This newly built condo, 2022, offers all the comforts of home with a downtown convenience. Year-round activities within a short walk-hike, swim, fish, miniature golf, snowmobile, snow shoe and XC ski. A short drive to downhill ski and golf are a few options to complete your experience.

This is an excellent property! The condo is in a great part of town, it’s in amazing condition (feels basically brand new), and we love being so close to the coffee shop. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great place overlooking Grand Avenue and a view of the mountains from the patio. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We did not want to leave.

This unit is located on the historic board walk in Downtown Grand Lake. Noted for being "The Soul of the Rockies," you can walk to many locations to enjoy The Rocky Mountain National Park, the lake or a stroll down Main St.

From our deck you can enjoy many things, the view of the mountains, the lake, and if you happen to be here when fireworks are displayed, you will have the BEST view.
