Beautifully Updated Beachside Condo!

Beautifully updated beachside 2 bed/2 bath condo! Entire unit fully renovated in 2020. Designer Kitchen has huge island, separate bar, stainless steel appliances & luxury vinyl flooring. The unit has two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a private bath. Guest BR has Queen bed. Master BR has king bed that can be converted to two twin beds if necessary. There's also private Washer & Dryer for laundry in-unit. Watch the sunset from your secluded balcony!

The Belleair Sands building is small, with only 24 units, giving a very nice, private feel. It includes an Elevator, pool, and a large sundeck overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs and picnic tables. Your private beach is just steps away! Two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels are available for your use. Unit comes with one dedicated parking space, & multiple guest spaces for use on a first come, first serve basis. Enjoy sunny beach days and beautiful sunsets every evening!

This was a beautiful updated condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Paul & Mia were fantastic! The condo is in a perfect location to many golf courses & restaurants. Being in a building on the beach is just such a special experience. Thank you, Paul & Mia!

This condo is in the beautiful uncrowded Belleair Beach location on the Gulf of Mexico. The owners are available to answer any questions, provide a very helpful guide for staying in their property, make available information about the appliances, etc.a and have a very complete assortment of everything one needs to use the kitchen. On this trip we did not eat out and found just what we needed to provide home cooked meals. The furniture is attractive and very comfortable. Outside the Gulf was warm, the sunsets were fantastic, and the dolphins and manatees were a joy to watch! We highly recommend this property, these owners, and this location for a relaxing and delightful Florida vacation!

Best stay I've had since visiting the gulf coast in 2021. I mean...the condo is just feet away from the beach!! If I could assign more than 5 stars on every category, I would. Just wonderful. Hope to return one day.

Fabulous place in Belleair

Wow! What an amazing condo! The place was immaculate, updated, high end appliances, and very well stocked with anything you could need. Just steps out the back to the beach and close to the Pinellas Trail. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and were always available. The complex is super quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. Will be back!

Quiet Paradise

This place was so tranquil, relaxing, and still close enough to all restaurants, pier 60 beach, Johns Pass and other local attractions. I can’t say enough about this place. I will for sure return. The place has been so thoughtfully remodeled. Everything you could need was already thought of. The beautiful Belleaire Beach was our back yard for the month and Pool was warm and clean. The owners were friendly and always a call away. It was a pleasure to stay here. Definitely a 5 star in my book! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo in a Fantastic location

This condo is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and very user friendly. The owners readily share formation about any work happening, share information about how things work, and respond to questions promptly. We especially appreciated the information they provided about the appliances in the condo. We also gladly used the well planned kitchen items that are just where you need them. We love the uncrowded beach and Gulf access, beautiful sunsets, help from those in the building if it’s needed, and meeting other very friendly condo owners. We’d gladly return to this condo as we’re annual visitors to the condos in the building. This condo provides a beautiful setting for a relaxing and fun filled vacation!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beachfront condo and I must say, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The condo exceeded our expectations. The areas are furnished with modern decor, offering both style and functionality. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect. The amenities provided by the owners Mia and Paul were exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our stay at this condo was a dream come true.
