The view was beautiful and much more unobstructed than I expected. Loved the private beach and access to chairs, propane grill and community pool.

quiet beach

The beach felt almost private. short walk from the condo and the property had beach umbrellas available for use.

Slice of Paradise

First time in Longboat Key and can't wait to return! We feel fortunate to have stayed in the best unit in the perfect property for us. #3 had everything we needed and more, as well as prime access to a pristine beach area. Loved everything about our stay!

Short Vacation

Really enjoyed the condo. It was super clean, very well supplied with both beach equipment and kitchen supplies. It was as described and literally on the beach. Our first time in Long Boat Key but will definitely be returning.

The day of departure at 9am housekeeping was trying to get in without knocking on the door and we had until 11am to check out. Cute, cozy and clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 5 and it was our first time visiting LBK. We loved this rental and especially loved the easy access to the beach. They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a starter kit of dishwashing soap, trash bags, etc. The view was still amazing being on the lower floor. We also loved being able to walk on the pier across the street! We got to see a momma and baby manatee. We had a wonderful time!

Great Location Choice

Overall we were very pleased. A bit smaller than we expected, as the dining room is the screened porch, and the laundry room is not in the unit but shared by at least four units. The location puts you within easy walking distance of a half dozen really good restaurants. The private beach is nice, with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas if needed. Wonderful spot. Only suggestions we would make would be to upgrade the barstools, as they had no cushoning and you felt like you were sitting on a wood frame. Very uncomfortable. We want to stay longer next year and hope we can make that happen.

A chair was broken and one of the table legs was broken. Most of the sun umbrellas were broken. Amazing lodging and location - perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It didn’t feel like a rental. It felt like we were in a well-loved luxurious home. The beach and dock on the bay were perfect for walking, relaxing and fishing. We wish it were a little more affordable. We splurged as this was last minute as our cruise plans canceled. We usually plan things in advance and would love to come back, but at $500 for one night with the cleaning fee it would be out of our reach financially. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Longboat Key is so quiet and beautiful. It might not be ideal for those seeking to party or nightlife, but for us it was just perfect. Thank you.

Poor management

Reported problems with all the TVs on day two nobody came to repair them let them know my dissatisfaction at check out and she said she’d pass the message on to the correct department. I have not received email or phone call from anyone.

Very Pleasant

The people around were also very friendly. We loved the access to private beach, laundry, and ultimately overall relaxing vibe of the area. We were on the Gulf Side. Minutes to walk to great restaurants and ice cream. I would recommend this to those wanting a private getaway, relaxing beach time, and perfect for little ones hunting for seashells and building sand castles. One recommendation would be to be a bit clearer on after hours pick up of keys. We came in late (raining) and it was pitch dark, so if you can time an arrival during office hours/light it is an easier find. Thank you for a very pleasant time! Definitely will consider for future stays! We wish you all the best going into the 2022 New Year. Travel safely everyone.
