Belle vue panoramique de cette chambre deux, deux condo de bain située sur Horseshoe Bend hors Carol Road et par l'eau au niveau du marqueur de 3 mile. Les golfeurs prennent note, cette unité est stratégiquement situé entre deux des plus beaux parcours de la Lake, Ridge et de sorcière Cove Saison, les deux sont à quelques minutes en voiture! Renseignez-vous sur notre Golf Autour de forfaits! Le complexe Falls offre 2 piscines, un court de tennis et une petite aire de jeux. Cette unité comprend également un feuillet de 10 x 28 en bateau. Nous avons deux unités de ce complexe pour accueillir de petits groupes de jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Great location and very clean!

The place was perfect for what we needed and I love the big balcony with sunset views. The tech could be updated a little- maybe a Roku or some smart tvs but when you’re at the lake you don’t usually have time for that anyway. :)

We enjoyed the location and lake view, but had several challenges in the very small bathrooms with low sinks, short toilets, and hard to reach toilet paper rolls.There are 10 steps to reach the entry door.The condo location is close to many interesting places, but we never received a layout of the The Falls complex.

Huge covered porch area with outstanding view of main channel. You could see for miles up and down the lake! The property is a bit dated, but overall condition is good and we would certainly stay again. Parking was a challenge. Other guests seemed to be taking more than their share of spaces.

Fantastic view!

First, let’s start with the view … definitely a highlight of our trip! The property was nice and well equipped. We had a relaxing weekend watching the boats cruise up and down the lake. The only issue we had was with the parking! We had to park all the way up the hill next to the upper pool and walk quite a distance down to the unit we rented because all of the parking spots in front of the unit were full. At one point there was NO parking at all and I ended up parking illegally for an hour or two until someone left then I rushed out to snag that spot. They need to have assigned parking spots and mark the spots with the building and unit numbers then issue parking passes that have to be hung from mirrors. Other than that we had a nice time!

Thanks for your review and comments, we really appreciate it! We agree, this condo has one of the best views on the entire Lake of the Ozarks! You sit about 100 feet above the main channel and the spot is perfect for watching boats and other watercraft cruise up and down the lake. And we also agree with the parking situation. Until two years ago the complex did have assigned parking and each unit had one assigned parking space. They had so many problems with having to tow cars parking in the wrong spots, etc. that it became a nightmare to police the situation. They removed the assigned spaces and now it is park wherever there is an open space. We like the assigned space for each unit, but we don't manage the complex, just a few individual units for rent. Family Ozarks Vacation

This unit was perfect for us. It is well appointed and very comfortable. And the view from the balcony is million dollar. It's probably time for a little updating, and a little more attention could be given to cleaning, such as dusting and sweeping off the balcony, but the important places, like kitchen and bathrooms, were spotless. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy Check in though dirty and run down

Check in was easy. Property was nice with a beautiful view and 2 nice pools. Nice gas grill on porch. Condo was quiet run down. Shower curtain rod would fall down while showering in the master, in guest bedroom the rod was taped together, but thankfully would stay up. Lots of bugs in kitchen. Dishes in cupboard had food still in them (probably why so many bugs).Found a Cockroach in the bathtub. Food crumbs on the carpet which is odd since you pay $80 for a cleaning service. Advised all of this on check out and they said they would check in to it, so hopefully they take care of things for the next renter.

Great for family vacation

The address listed in the VRBO listing was not accurate. Luckily the property listing agents sent an email with the address and directions so we found it ok. It was a bit confusing to find the unit but all went well. Everything was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable. The owner provided many amenities that most VRBO's don't. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The AC worked liked a charm. The location was great. Far enough from the strip but close enough you could get anywhere with a short drive. This was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Would come back again.
