Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house on a wooded lot. Newly remodeled. Double decker dock with stunning views of Lake Lanier. Fire pit, corn hole, bonus room for kids with big screen TV. 5 minutes from the North Georgia Premium Outlets with restaurants and grocery stores close by.
The space
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake house. Living room upstairs with Roku TV. Living room downstairs with Roku TV. Main Bedroom upstairs with Roku TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Level lot with easy parking. Huge back deck to enjoy morning coffee or late night beverages. Covered carport with picnic table. Fire pit with firewood provided. Corn hole. 2 Kayaks for use. Double decker dock on the lake. Life jackets provided. Huge rollout swimming mat. Gas grill. Grocery stores and shopping near by. We have a sister property next door if you need more room that sleeps 8.

The house was very nice and clean. We had a great and relaxing stay. The dock was a great relaxing spot and kayaking was a fun release for some extra energy. The location was great for us and close to shops and restaurants. We will look to stay here again.

The home was fully equipped. We were there for a nearby wedding so we did not get to enjoy it fully. Very close to retail and our wedding venue Russell Farms. Chris was very easy to work with.

Great getaway!

This is the second year I’ve stayed here with a group of buddies and we had a great time. The house is cozy and the lake is amazing. We would definitely recommend and will most likely be back again this time next year!

Perfect Location

What a perfect location to experience the peace and relaxation at the lake, yet conveniently be so close to stores and restaurants and more. We so enjoyed our time at the house. Would highly recommend to others as well.

Beautiful wedding spot

We used the location for our small wedding. We were able to fit 50 chairs on the grassy area facing the lake. The archway fit perfect in front of the trail to the dock. Plenty of space for people to spread out in and out of the house. Thank you for being a part of our day!

Lovely time on the lake

We were visiting the area for an athletic event. We found the home clean, updated, and well stocked. We brought our own paddle board and also enjoyed the provided kayaks. It was an easy walk to the dock. My son especially enjoyed fishing from the dock. We loved our stay and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for being such a gracious host!

Wonderful place

We absolutely loved this house on the lake ! It was so nice and so clean. It was just like it was described online. The only complaint we have is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom( Master Bedroom ). It was very uncomfortable and it sinks in the middle. . . Other than that , great , wonderful house and view !!

Moonshine Festival Weekend

The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra blankets, etc. We loved sitting and relaxing on the two story floating boat dock. The Moonshine Festival was also lots of fun if you love old cars.

Great Getaway!

Great location for a quick guys trip. The home was clean and well stocked for grilling and cooking. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Coming here you are not going to want to stay inside; the owners have everything to make your lake days and nights enjoyable. Double decker dock with chairs, kayaks, swim mat, life jackets, cornhole and a fire pit! We really enjoyed our couple of days and will definitely consider coming back.

Had the best time!

My husband and I spent the weekend at Chris’ house and had an absolute blast. We brought our boat which was so awesome. Accommodations were fantastic. Any time I looked for something, coffee creamer, pam spray, band aids, they had it all! We utilized the grill which was a great amenity, played games, cooked, watched the sunset, made a bonfire and so much more. Super kind and responsive host, they even let us stay until 4pm on our check out day. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Lake and Baseball

We stayed at the lake house after a Friday night Braves game. Check in was easy as we got in late after the nighttime game. The property was just as described. Kitchen was well stocked with everything in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake. The kayaks, John boat, and swim mat were a favorite!! Host was responsive to all questions in timely manner. Such a great weekend!

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

If you are looking for a cozy lakeside retreat in Dawsonville, this is the one! The cove is quiet and the water is deep. The dock is an awesome place to hang out. We used the kayaks to go exploring and pulled the swim mat out every day. We used the fire pit and made s'mores with the kiddos. The house is not huge but is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. We had friends during the weekend and our kids during the week and even with five we never felt crowded. It is beautiful inside! There are also plenty of extra pillows and blankets and the kitchen has everything you need. They've really thought of everything. It feels cozy and like home from the moment you walk in. The owners were kind enough to make sure we got a few items back that were left behind (apologies again for that!) Thank you so much for hosting us! We had a great trip and made lots of fun memories :)
