Vibrant remodeled 3 bedroom townhome

Newly remodeled vibrant and stylish townhome. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, onsite washer/dryer, smart TVs, high speed WiFi with streaming abilities, coffee bar, grill, outdoor patio with seating, and access to 4 neighborhood outdoor pools(seasonal - typically Memorial Day thru Labor Day), tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and other amenities.

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Lenexa with easy access to both interstate I35 and I435.
The space
‱ One main level with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

‱ “Bedroom 1” has a King size bed, large closet with hangers, and two chairs for sitting.

‱ “Bedroom 2” has a queen size bed, closet with hangers, 2 lighted wall vanity mirrors with seating and ledge.

‱ “Bedroom 3” features desk, tv, and a futon couch. Sleeps 1 person. Room closes off with sliding doors.

‱ Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, and air fryer! Pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware also provided.

‱ Laundry room is right off kitchen where you will find full size washer and dryer available for you to use. Pool towels, iron, ironing board are located in here too.

‱ Smart TV in living room

‱High speed WiFi with streaming ability

‱ Coffee bar

‱ Fenced in back deck with grill and two outdoor seating areas

‱ Access to neighborhood (seasonal) pools (one is within walking distance) along with other amenities

This VRBO was very nice and clean and is in a wonderful neighborhood close to a lot of good food. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and clean. Snack basket and coffee bar were nice amenities. Beds were comfy. Tennis rackets and equipment were available for use. We did not use the courts while there since we had other things planned on our short weekend getaway. Carol was very responsive to questions and assistance. We would stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Very nice place

This rental was very warm and welcoming. We arrived and there was a little snack basket. Plenty of towels and a beautiful bathroom. Awesome backyard and an overal great place to stay. The host was great to deal with as well. I highly recommend this place

Great Kansas City Location

My family really enjoyed our stay. Really great location right off of I35 in Lenexa. The space was clean and very fun design. My kids loved the arcade table.

Location location location

Best part of the stay was the location. The place was quaint and perfect for the 2 of us. I would recommend bringing your own pillows but otherwise would definitely stay again.
