This beautiful 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths duplex offer everything you need to comfortably stay just for a few nights or for an extended stay. Nicely decorated the house has new comfy mattresses, comforters, pillows and freshly laundered bed linens and towels. This duplex is located in quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to Oak Park Mall, popular restaurants, offices etc. Easy access to highways. For a large group book up to 4 units on the same street

The futons were actually better than some of our beds at home (complimentary). Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely needs new kitchen wear but we made it work just fine! Great stay.

It was okay

Our party of 4 stayed 2 nights. Two of us said they would stay here again; the other two said they would not. We used all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common area. We didn't use the kitchen. We were in the unit mostly at night, sightseeing during the day. Pros: Good location, good communication, good check-in and check-out process. Comfortable common area. There were extra towels and linens available in the master bedroom closet. Cons: Master shower was very low pressure with finicky temperature, not pleasant. Half the electrical outlets don't work. Lighting in bedrooms is almost non-existent. Guest shower head is positioned very low, to the point where you have to stoop down. Guest bath mirror was also low; my 6'1" brother had to stoop down to shave. Pillows were not comfortable, and there weren't enough of them. The garage was not available to us to park in during a thunderstorm with predicted hail, due to a very large tarp piled full of hundreds of empty beer cans sitting in the middle of the garage. The stairway to the basement does not have a handrail for the last 1/3 of the steps, very difficult for guests with mobility issues who want to comply with the check-out request to start the washer in the basement before they leave. The main stairway handrail is wobbly and does not feel secure. Could have been cleaner; found a hair on the master shower wall.

Clean and adequate

Very convenient location...able to get on major highways very easily. Property was clean and adequate for our needs. Not sure I would describe it as elegant. Pretty basic stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house we very spacious and clean. In a great neighborhood and very close to a Walmart and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The house itself was ok. Needed more equipment in the kitchen. The A/C didn’t work very well. The upstairs was very uncomfortable. Need to be fixed.

Extended Stay

It is an older property that has been fixed up. There were a few issues with the plumbing, but maintenance took care of our problems quickly. Couches and beds are fairly comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe. Other units in our area were being fixed up as well and our unit seemed to house the supplies. Numerous times maintenance knocked at our door to gain access to their supplies. They were always very courteous and appreciative but with my husband trying to work remotely it was a little disruptive; plus, it was uncomfortable opening the door to strangers asking to come into the unit. We would have appreciated a phone call first. Overall it was a decent place to stay and would consider staying there again.

Wonderful

This house was great! Clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for the 6 of us! My kids loved the TV’s and the kitchen, I loved the washer and dryer! When we go back to KC I will definitely be rebooking!

Great stay, clean & cute house

We were a group of 10 people who stayed here. We were worried about the bed situation, however, the sofa beds in the main room can easily fit two adults each and are pretty sturdy and comfortable. There was enough utensils for us, but would have been nice to have some basic stock like salt, pepper and oil. Overall a very great stay, would do that again 100%
