Built for entertaining, enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces with glass doors that lead to alfresco dining table and lounge furniture. Endless fun awaits on the patio beneath the property, detailed with a large bar, and an outdoor shower. An enclosed yard is ideal for those traveling with children. This family-friendly home also includes Pack-N-Plays, strollers, and a high chair. Don't forget the complementary beach gear when you head down to the sandy shores. this home includes beach toys, beach chairs and a travel wagon to transport it all.
Designed with beautiful interior detail, this seaside retreat features a coveted open layout with vaulted ceilings and double-height windows offering abundant natural light. Kick back and relax with your favorite TV shows in the living room. A second upstairs living area provides more space for your group to spread out. On the top floor, you’ll find a playroom with a TV, bonus sleeping space, and wet bar. Whip up everything from beach snacks to four-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a center island with seating for four. Gather for special meals at the adjacent eight-seat dining table.
Choose between five well-appointed bedrooms, with two primary suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom on the main level. Find two additional suites on the second floor, while the fifth guest room is located on the top floor. A washer/dryer and central air conditioning add convenience during your stay.

We have visited Crystal beach 5 years now and this was probably the best house setup. The number of rooms and beds made it very flexible for the 3 families to figure out where to stay. Golf cart and walking access to the beach was very close, but car access was about a 5 min drive.

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, great location and very clean. Definitely recommend you try this place out. The property manager responded to any questions that I had, very quickly. Great places to eat in the area too.

Perfect House and Location for our Large Family

This house was set up perfectly for our families all with kids of varying ages from infants to teens. Location was great with easy golf cart access to the beach and loved the beach views from the house. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect for our large family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. The layout was able to accommodate separate rooms for each adult family and the top floor was great for the older kids. The location to the beach was the perfect distance to be able to make several trips to the beach daily without having to pack up all the gear each time. We enjoyed it all and would definitely stay again!!

Lovely Beach House

Our family had a fantastic time staying at the house. The private beach is very close and a short walk over. House is super cute in an amazing location. The sunset view from the patio is gorgeous. Kids had so much fun with a ton of activities to do!

Amazing experience

We had an amazing vacation at this property!! It was big enough for each family (4 families- 8 adults/13 kids) to spread out and have their space! This property is so wonderfully decorated and clean! It was so much fun! We will definitely come back!

The communication with the property owner was the best I've experienced. Super fast and went above and beyond to help me with everything. The house was perfect for 4 families and all of our kids.

Great House

We had a great time at this beach house! The hosts were easy to talk to and responsive to any questions we may have had. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The private beach access was perfect and just a short walk over. Crystal Beach also had a lot to offer within short distances. We will be back again!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Lost power on our first full day and owner was very quick to respond. Street had an outage but was back on in no time! House had everything we needed. Didn't use the outside tv but was nice to have it there. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The beach has always been our family's favorite place to visit. There are many activities nearby with something for everyone. Fishing, dolphin watching excursions, golf, aquarium, water parks and historic tours all nearby. The ferry ride is a fun way to start off the day of adventures. Even if the day does not involve these adventures, the beach is always a relaxing way to enjoy the day.

We chose Chrystal Beach because the beaches are more relaxing and not as crowded as surrounding beaches. This house is a 2 minute walk to the beach with private neighborhood access to the beach.
