The room we stayed in was perfect. It was very clean. No problem with check in or out. It was easy to find and right across the street from plenty of places to shop/eat. I would definitely recommend, and plan to come back here myself.

This place was absolutely incredible!!!! It was perfectly located across from Johns Pass and a short 30 minute uber ride from the airport. It was perfect for me and my husband to have a short get away from our kiddos. We are from AR and normally visit the gulf shores/orange beach area for beach access but this place might be our new favorite! We would definitely stay again. They allowed us to check in early and we had everything we could need right across the street! Very pleased with our stay!!! 10/10

Loved parking as well as the room. Bathroom needs an update, especially the shower head. We loved the place its proximity and right on the beach was great. Definitely will look into returning next yr.

This unit had everything we wanted/needed and was very comfortable. Great view of the Gulf and easy access to everything, especially with John's Pass just across the street. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Awesome Stay

Love the access directly to the beach for that price was a steal. If I knew for sure we were coming next year I would re book a year out each year we come to Florida. Has everything we needed for our stay and enough space for our family.

Great Location!

Wonderful location to walk to bars, shops, restaurants. Unit was very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the beach. Added bonus of having the parking directly below the unit with an easy entry in and out.

Great location and nice clean pool! Room could use a keypad lock as the old locks were a pain and you had to carry a key everywhere, but great location and nice to not have to drive anywhere besides to get groceries the first day, everything is right there tons of restaurants and shops!

The condo was great ! I wish we knew that the condo had some beach supplies, we ended up ordering from babyquip which was amazing and a breeze , but it would have been nice to know. The condo is easy walking distance to everything . The view was great ! We did leave two beach towels , hopefully they come in handy for the next guest ! Everyone was so kind at the condo . My only complaint is the pillows were terrible! So hard to sleep on.

Great view of beach & easy access to the beach. Comfortable couch and kitchen had all the amenities. The bathroom was dated, but did have great water pressure. Could use a ceiling fan or tower fan in the bedroom, as it gets hot at night and the box fan wasn't enough.

Yes to both only complaint was the recycle was never dumped the 7 days that we were there. I understand there was a holiday, but other arrangements should’ve been made. It was a disaster down there trying to get things put in receptacle. Even the garbage was only dumped once.

Location! Location! Location!

Always a perfect location. Walk across the street to Johns Pass. Beaches are not crowded and crystal clear. Many things to do here. Surf song is an older property but you can’t beat the location and price. Condo was clean, although there was no hair dryer as stated and no soap to do dishes (by hand or dishwasher). Otherswise a very nice experience and would definitely be back.
