Amazing location! Lots of room to spread out. Easy access from parking. Loved being able to see and hear the Blue River while the windows were open. Everything was very clean. There were some updated leather couches instead of the ones pictured. Will recommend and would stay again.

Really wonderful, quiet location. This condo had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. The rooms were as described and incredibly clean. We had a small issue with the keys when we arrived, but Jeremy was incredibly helpful and brought us new keys. Will recommend this place to friends and will stay again.

Excellent Property
The unit was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well organized.The only down side is that Breck had closed Peaks 9 & 10 making access to the ski areas more difficult. The creek behind the unit was wonderful and the backgound "noise" made you forget that you were in the middle of town. Mattresses could be upgraded.

Clean and Excellent Location
Beautiful condo. View of snow covered pine trees through the cathedral windows. Very quiet and clean. New leather sofa, loveseat and recliner were a nice surprise (not in the pictures of the condo when we booked this place). We had a tiny issue with the fireplace, the pilot light went out, and the property manager quickly fixed while we were skiing that day. Excellent location for skiing, easy walk to the slopes, and easy walk to town too. We would be happy to stay again.

Nice location and easy elevator accessible which was nice. Room was clean, the outlet in the top bathroom didn't seem to work. But may just need to be looked at or replaced. Overall, was a nice place to stay and visit family. Enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shop in town!

I was apprehensive this unit being on 4th floor elevator made it easy. Walk to slope was a trail behind condo down steps little walk through beautiful woods across a bridge then up a little hill and you’re there! The unit was exceptionally clean!!There was plenty of space for everyone.Unit was quiet you could open door onto one of the balconies and hear the stream and smell the trees. We loved this place!!kudos to the owners of this unit had everything we needed and more!! You made our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!!

Beautiful and lovely
The resort was lovely. It had a nice cabin type feel, just beside the creek. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. A few little hiccups, each time I used the small hair drier I blew the power to the bathroom. They were quick to fix it the first time. The second time it happened (only about after three minutes of use, I just left the bathroom power blown and told them at check out.. I used a different outlet.. The other “issue “ which I don’t think you will have…. Is that all the yearly checkup to keep the place safe happen during our week. So once they came in to check the fireplace, and the next day they came in to test all the carbon monoxide testers the next thing. This was a little more disruptive as I was still in bed and then came in with the ladders and tested and alarms. (But I do have to say my husband probably let them in so I would get.up) I am sure they would have come back at another if we would have asked. But it probably would have been good to know upon checking in. Those small inconveniences were really minor and we had a lovely and very quiet stay. Stayed second week of October.

Accommodations were very nice! The only unforeseen downside would be that if your party happens to not be able to come in one vehicle, the parking situation was less than ideal. Although, the provided parking garage was 90% empty, we had to arrange (not easily) for overnight parking off-site (at least a mile away) at the cost of 35 per night. Otherwise, I would recommend this property!

Great location and check in process. Unit was bigger than we anticipated. The unit and garage parking spot were both right by the elevator which makes loading and unloading easy. Also easy access to the walking path to the lifts, only a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes at most with small kids.

Great Location
A group of friends and myself were on a weekend getaway and were looking for a VRBO location within very close walking distance from downtown. It's hard to trust descriptions of properties when they say that the location is within 5 minutes of downtown, but this one really was. The property itself was great! It was clean and met all of our requirements. It was listed as a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, but because there was a loft, there was an extra "bedroom". The ONLY reason I gave this property a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the property manager was not very hospitable when we checked in. We didn't have much contact with her after check in, so it didn't really affect our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Really cool home in a really convenient location. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms in the home. I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the couch mattress and twin mattresses in guest room were probably the most uncomfortable and broken beds we have ever slept on. It was way more comfortable to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. Decent price for the condo but just expect uncomfortable sleep unless you get the master bedroom

We really enjoyed Powderhorn C402 the week after Christmas 2017. The unit is a short walk from the busy Quicksilver Lift where we could ski in/out and purchase lift tickets. You can walk to Main, but, we took Uber given we had an injured guest with us. The fourth floor unit was lovely in that the vaulted ceilings made the space feel light and roomy. We thought we were booking a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit for five people, which was going to be tight. The loft advertised on the web site gave us some comfort that our fifth person might get a semi-private space. Much to our surprise, the loft was lovely and we stayed up there as it had a full bath and laundry room (new washer and dryer) with nice views of the mountains and trees. Each room (three) has a private, full bath and plenty of closet space. The couches and recliner are very comfortable after a long day on the slopes. The gas fireplace turns on with the slide of a switch and is quite toasty. The unit is steps away from the elevator and has outdoor
