This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. The décor is unique and will make you feel like you are home away from home.

Could not enter the residence and the host was not available. Had to make different arrangements at the last minute during a busy graduation weekend. We were lucky to get a place to stay at all. Tried to call and message the host multiple times. I would hope VRBO would cancel his property. Nothing worse than travelling for hours only to have the property you reserved weeks prior not available.

Adorable, comfortable, and very private. The hot tub is actually hot and the fence is high. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful when we reached out. The train can be annoying, so if you are a light sleeper or have trouble falling asleep, it could be problematic. The bed and the couch were really comfortable.100% will stay again.

The place was cute and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with the tools one would need to cook in with and having a washer and dryer there was very convenient. It was easy to get to stores and to Old Mesilla from there and the neighborhood seemed mellow and quiet. We had a lovely stay and have already recommended it to relatives.

Quaint casita with everything you need. Very nicely decorated and very clean inside. Would stay there again if traveling through the area.Only negative was wrong key code on the check in directions. But, the host was easy to get ahold of and gave us another code to try and it worked.

Clean, comfortable & even better than the photos!

Stayed here for graduation weekend with spouse and adult aged daughter. Home is quaint and full of charm. Beds are comfortable, even the futon! Well stocked and supplied. Hot tub is fenced off from any neighbors views and a great way to relax after a long day of packing and cleaning out students apt! Train was obviously near by and loud but it didn’t go by much overnight (midnight/4am/9:30am). Would absolutely stay here again, perfect for the three of us

Very nice place to stay with everything you could need & in a good location. It even has a beautiful hot tub on a private enclosed back patio. Something never the opportunity to have anytime before & was absolutely wonderful! Thanks

The place was just as advertised online! Nice little cottage to house us for a couple days as we explored the area. The home was clean and cozy and every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this home to renters!

Welcoming and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very charming and perfect for what we needed. I do have to mention that we were not aware that it was near train tracks. The first night was a little difficult to fall asleep because we could hear the train. The 2nd night we got a little used to it and was able to fall asleep. Other than that, the place was very clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay. Unit is clean, quaint, and comfortable; perfect for single or couple. Kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with basics. The private hot tub is a big plus. Quiet neighborhood with character is convenient to NMSU. Host is very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
