The living room area has a pull out queen sofa sleeper large enough for 2 people. Large and spacious fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. This area also has a sitting area with television where the sofa converts into a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king- sized bed with another sitting area which converts into a queen sleeper. A separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo just outside the bedroom door. Each bedroom has its very own door to access the outdoor tropical patio setting which offers a cushioned patio set, lounge chairs, a table and chairs with umbrella, and a grill for the perfect bbq within the confines of a private outdoor setting. Beach towels, chairs, cart and other beach items are available for use and are located in the beach closet just inside the front entrance. A hotel located across the street offers a beach bar and restaurant for convenience. This home is clean and in the perfect location on a quiet street just steps from the beach.
