Cozy and remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom ranch located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you will see neighbors walking their dogs and kids on bikes. It is close to main highways, grocery stores, restaurants, urgen care, pharmacies, gas stations, comercial strip and mall. Close to RIT, MCC and Univ. of Rochester. One car garage with a wide driveway. Beautiful enclosed backyard with seating area with grill to enjoy outdoors. Kitchen with granite and well equipped to make your own meals.

I stayed here 5 years ago and thought it was amazing then, this last trip it's even better. Communication and check in were great. Beatriz keeps things very clean and organized and has great taste for decor, highly recommend.

5 stars! Beatriz's home is a true gem! The space is incredibly comfortable, inviting, and spacious - I felt right at home. The decor is tasteful and elegant, making it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen was a dream - I loved cooking my own meals and the setup worked perfectly for remote work. And the beds? OMG, they're like sleeping on a cloud! I had to ask Beatriz about the brand! The location is unbeatable - centrally located and perfect for exploring and getting to the supermarket. Highly recommend this highly-rated home! I will definitely rent this home again in my travels to WNY!

So much better than staying in a hotel! It really did feel like home. It was VERY clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there including extra blankets, towels, and all kitchen supplies. Host was very friendly and welcoming. It was close to RIT and big enough for our family of 5. Great restaurants in area and a quiet neighborhood. We will be back and highly recommend!

We stayed here for UR graduation weekend. The house was wonderfully suited for the four of us. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. The backyard was an added bonus with the table and chairs.

Quiet clean and comfortable

Beatriz was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was homey and felt clean. The patio out back was comfortable and the flower garden was beautifully. We were 5 adults staying the weekend for a religious convention. And we want stay here again if available next year! Thanks for everything!

Very nice house to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having three bedrooms and two baths and a cozy living room. The location was perfect for our outings on the two days. We would be happy to stay there next year.

We just spent our third Thanksgiving in Beatriz’s lovely home! Our daughter and her fiancee live in the area and celebrating in her property has become our new tradition! We highly recommend staying here!!
