The Space:

This House has 5 bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with queen bed) and one full bath . The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. bedroom1 has 1 king bed and one twin bed trundle, bedroom 2 has 1 king bed and bedroom 3 has 5 twin beds distributed in 2 bunk beds and a trundle.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house except for two closets on the first floor and the garage that is used for storage.



The Neighborhood:

Gates NY is a quiet Suburb located Mins from downtown Rochester. The house is located on a residential street.



Getting Around:

Rochester is best enjoyed with a car. There is also Uber and Lyft in our area.

• No Smoking🚭 ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)

• No Locals without approval

• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am

* Please do not wear shoes inside.

* Covering the Ring doorbell cameras will result in immediate cancelation without a refund.
