Newly renovated Cozy home with chef kitchen, pretty much fully stocked

Beautifully furnished, clean home with all the most popular and convenient amenities on a quiet side street. Privacy shades, TV's in the bedrooms, very comfortable beds/sheets, 4 ways to make coffee, grill, kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook, grill, bake or roast. Everything is new, and of desirable quality. The home is full of beautiful marble and quartzite tops. There is no closets in the bedrooms but there is a place to hang clothes in the upstairs office if you need. We are 6 minutes from Jungle Jim's Grocery which is pretty neat and a local attraction.

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. I was there with my elderly parents, and they were very happy downstairs. My husband and I took over the upstairs. The house is lovely and well accommodated.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is cute & very well equipped. Extra amenities like snacks, shampoo, & ice water were much appreciated. Pleasantly surprised at how great everything was. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Terrific long weekend!

We’re in the area for a wedding and had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful cottage. The layout is terrific for 2 couples and the location is great with convenient access to local attractions. Kitchen is well stocked and Internet works great - it was easy to get settled and feel comfortable right away.The home is perfectly maintained and had some nice extras as well (even some snacks). So thankful to Dustin for making this adorable cottage available for us to enjoy our stay in Amelia. Hope we can return soon!

This is a beautiful house. Although there are businesses across the street and some truck traffic, the house was peaceful and nicely shaded. There is a deep stock pot with strainer; 2 skillets - one deep and one perfect for eggs for 3; and one small pan. The house is well stocked with little things: quick snacks, charcoal, and lots of coffee choices. We would have appreciated a few more plates. Dustin responded to messages quickly and was generous in sharing produce from his garden. We would definitely stay again.

Looks can be deceiving!

The house is set in a more commercial area, and may not look like much from the outside, but the inside was immaculate, completely updated, and filled with every amenity you could need. Host was great at communicating with us. A great stay!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Ark trip

We were looking for a semi central location to stay as we visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum. This cute hose fit the bill being about about 45 minutes from one and 20 min from the other

College Reunion

Perfect location as we wanted to play some golf at Legendary Run (just down the street and fantastic course). We loved the house and the kitchen allowed us to cook and catch up without having to leave and go out for the same. Great place! Thanks and God Bless

Beautiful interior

The interior of the house was beautifully renovated. The host provided many amenities such as a wide range of coffees and coffee makers, snacks, personal hygiene products. The chefs kitchen was nicely stocked with modern day appliances and cooking utensils.

Cozy Cottage

Stayed 3 nights here for a family wedding in the area. This property was in a great location and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The only minor suggestion we have is that a few hangars and hooks would be appreciated. The futon in the office is not comfortable for an adult, but would work great for a kid. Host was easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely recommend staying here!

East Fork State Park Regatta

Perfect place for our trip to watch NCAA crew championship at East Fork State Park. Less than 15 minute drive. Beautifully remodeled home with very pretty decor. Super comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Very clean. Great Kitchen - although we did not really utilize it, it had everything! We had lunch outside on picnic table. Great big back yard.

The property was very cute, clean and well stocked. Dustin and Amy were very responsive. The only negative is there were not any closests in the bedrooms with hangers. I'm not sure you can classify this property as home, when the bedrooms don't have a closets. Suggest listing the property a cottage.

Cozy Holiday

We originally were staying downtown Cincinnati, and my vehicle was vandalized. We decided that we needed to move and contacted the host of this property. He was great and extremely accommodating. He told us the house was available for immediate occupancy. We went and moved in right away. The house is adorable, and I really wish that we had booked it for our entire stay. We will definitely use them in the future.
